Q: What are the storage dimensions under the lift part of the desk?

A: The center compartment has two crossbars in it, which support the hinges. Although the space beneath these parts is open, the crossbars separate this area into three sections. The center section has a width of 13.9", though with the hinge, only 12.2" is usable. The depth is 17.7". The outer sections measure 4.6" wide. The total interior height is 3.9".
