Q: Would this lamp work if I were to put a dimmable LED bulb in the fixture and use a dimming remote with it?

I originally purchased 2 lamps on 12/19 online. When they arrived, one was fine, one was damaged. I get that issues can happen during transit, so I asked for a replacement and kept trucking. Fast forward to today, a packaged arrived with 2 more lamps. One arriving broken, and both having a noticeable lean. At this point this is clearly an issue with manufacturing, giving the product one star because the one lamp that was as described does work as a lamp should. Your odds are 1/4 with this product… may the odds be in your favor.

This lamp is okay. It’s small. When I turn it on it sometimes falls over. It’s very light. I purchased the matching shade. It will do until I feel like buying a sturdier lamp. But it’s a cute modern lamp.

A big disappointment. Received these two lamps and both had the area at the light socket broken also big scratches on the base of one of the lamps ( look like a used lamp not a brand new one) Returned both lamps to the store and I will never order again from Target.

I love the product, but I have ordered this lamp base twice, and both times it arrived slightly damaged on the marble base. Both times the box it arrived in was in perfect shape and it was wrapped well on the inside, so it appears to be put in damaged before shipping. I returned the one that was damaged on the front side, but decided to keep the one that was slightly damaged on the back since it won’t be visible where I am placing it.

This is a great, sturdy, lamp perfect for our family room end table. I have young children who tend to knock over objects on surfaces, this lamp is solid and likely would survive a few bumps from active children. This lamp does not come with a lamp shade, must be purchased separately. I bought one and am considering a second for the other side of the room.

I ordered two of these lamps one came packed in a box properly and the other was wrapped in bubble wrap and it’s loose from the base. Seems like I was sent a defected product probably a returned product.

Well for the price that it is, I don’t think the purchase is worth it. I should have known that from the first picture of the product is exactly what you’re getting. It’s misleading to see the lamp with a shade and have customers think that’s what they’re purchasing. It’s a nice base but not worth the price when not fully equipped.
