A: Yes it has cotton string tapes in the bottom corners but not the top. I used safety pins to keep the top in place.

A: The last question was answered: The cover is 300 count cotton percale. I have a hard time believing that is 300 count as I cannot see the individual threads it is so tightly woven. It is silky soft and in a year of use no fill has leaked out. The fill is polyester. The entire comforter weighs 5 pounds (full/queen). It is just the right weight with a duvet cover for winter and in the summer I use it without a duvet cover. I am very happy with this purchase.

A: The cover is 300 count cotton percale. I have a hard time believing that is 300 count as I cannot see the individual threads it is so tightly woven. It is silky soft and in a year of use no fill has leaked out. The fill is polyester. The entire comforter weighs 5 pounds (full/queen). It is just the right weight with a duvet cover for winter and in the summer I use it without a duvet cover. I am very happy with this purchase.

It feels lightweight and yet so warm. With the temperature drop at -2 at night I don’t feel the cold at all. Instead I feel very warm, comfortable and cozy. I love that it’s made out of cotton which is good for sensitive skin.

This comforter was our favorite between the Casaluna all year warmth one, and the West Elm cooling down comforter. It’s heavy if you like the weight but not too hot. It’s fluffy too. BUT we sleep hot and it is a little too warm for the summer so we folded it up and switched to a light quilt for summer but excited to use it again this fall! Definitely less hot than the other two previously mentioned though and a WAY better price!

Love this duvet, especially the tabs at all 4 corners that allow you to secure it to your duvet cover. This duvet is thick, but not so much that it is difficult to put it inside the cover.

This comforter stinks, literally. Awful chemical smell when I opened the package so I tried to air it out but it made my house smell so bad it was hard to tolerate. Brought it to a laundromat to wash in a big commercial machine, still smelled. Put it in the dryer on "low" setting, still smelled even though it wasn't fully dry. Hung it on a dryer rack on my screen porch, not only does it still stink the next day, but my screen porch stinks - and that's with a breeze blowing through! Returning for refund.

It fits very nicely on our king size bed. If you turn it in the other direction, it could easily be used on a queen size bed without being too big as well. The material has a nice feel to it. With the 300 thread count, we didn't expect it to feel as luxurious as it does. It is a medium weight comforter so very we will be able to use both during the summer and winter months. I would prefer a little bit more weight to the comforter, but it's not a deal breaker. Also, great that it can go in the washing machine! This comforter checks all of the boxes!

This fact alone makes it 5 stars for me!! I also love that this is a down alternative, which is important to me. This comforter even has corner tabs for thing into the duvet cover. This is a little too warm for late spring and summer, but wonderful for those cold New England nights. I am thrilled to have found a comforter that is down alternative and fits inside our duvet cover.

It was completely noticeable the very first night! I didn't wake up hot and have to move the comforter off of me to cool off. The feel is very light weight but fluffy enough to give it that down look. Another plus is there are no stray feathers floating around my room or in my bed. All the looks and feels of a down comforter but way better! I don't think I will ever be going back to real down
