I absolutely loved this book! I went to their author signing and they are just as down to earth in person as they seem to be through the book. I have followed Carlos and Alexa for years and have loved to see all the amazing projects they have completed. This is by far the best one! I didn't want to put the book down and I enjoyed every minute of it. They are truly an inspirational couple!

This book wasn’t totally what I was expecting. I thoroughly enjoyed it, in each and every way possible. Both Alexa and Carlos had real and raw honesty - especially Alexa talking about her eating disorder so trigger warning for that - which hit home in a few ways personally. I, personally, enjoyed how neither were pushy with their beliefs, they just talked about it a lot, so if anyone is on the fence about reading it for that reason, no worries! After finishing this book I was left feeling good, and with a renewed sense of faith.

Oh oh oh ohhh. (If you know you know.) When you're little, everyone thinks that these famous personalities with lights, cameras, fan base, attention, and money are the leading results to success. If someone is successful it means happiness, aka that was the point of living. As one gets older, we get wiser, how? By reading, the fans get to see what happens behind the camera or stage and ask themselves the following questions: Have you ever wondered what happened behind the camera to your favorite childhood actors? What were their thoughts, heartache, personal relationships, etc? Just because you see people on stage having “the time of their lives” in front of you at truly a concert that you will never forget or giving a red carpet smile for a picture when you saw their pictures on "the cover of every supermarket magazine", is genuinely fulfilling. Nope. The love that our creator, God, is the point. In this book, Carlos and Alexa Penavega show us that anyone can have everything but without God’s love then they have nothing. I genuinely recommend this book to any young person that looks up to any celebrity. Sadly, in popular culture, the mentality is having money, fame, and success is based on a limited time in front of a screen. But Carlos and Alexa remind us that the point of success and happiness is to have God’s love everywhere, anywhere, and of course all the time. So go and pick up a copy of this book because you will have a different mentality after reading it. Blessings :)

This book was incredible! I read the whole thing in one sitting. Their backstories, their struggles, how they met, how they came to God, and how they are living for God everyday was amazing and it was an honor to be able to read about it. It was a book that drew me in and a book that I could not put down. I highly recommend this book to everyone. You will fall in love with it from the very first chapter. You will laugh, you will cry, you will feel so inspired by their story! If you haven’t, buy this book and start reading it right away! I promise you won’t regret it! Thank you Carlos and Alexa for sharing your incredible and life changing story!

Carlos and Alexa have always been very influential in my life. I’ve followed their careers over the years as well as their YouTube channel. Being a Christian, it’s so hard to find celebrities that share the same values, morals and life goals as I do. And then there was the PenaVegas. I knew quite a bit about them from watching and reading about them, but this book has given such deep insight into who they really are and why. From Carlos sharing his testimony, which brought actual tears of happiness to my eyes to Alexa sharing her relationship issues with her family and her experiences with an eating disorder, they are true to themselves and who they are with God guiding them. They truly put God first in their lives and in every decision they make. One big thing about the PenaVegas is that if God isn’t in it, they aren’t either. Making their faith the focus is such an inspiration to me. I love how open and honest they are in this book and sharing how even through all the hard times, God is still their number one. I love the back and forth in each chapter of who is telling their stories. Carlos and Alexa have such a beautiful family and making God the focal point made me want to read this book even more.

This was a wonderfully written book that shared the lives of Carlos and Alexa. I enjoyed reading the individual stories as well as their story as a couple. It was very enjoyable to read not only their story of finding love together, but also their faith growing along with their love for one another.

OMG!! I love love love this book. I have been a fan of Alexa and Carlos for a very long time and I have been struggling with my relationship with God. I would always seek his help when something bad happens. This book helped me realize that he is always with you know matter what is going on. Through the good and the bad. Alexa and Carlos gave me the motivation to get back into Sunday church with my husband. We have been having a rough time in our marriage. We are missing God in our life so being able to get back into Sunday church will just make us reconnect again. This book helped me see that even though Alexa and Carlos are celebrities, they share their own struggles with their relationship with god and the struggles with marriage. They opened their hearts and souls to let god guide their way in everything. I really appreciate them being very vulnerable and open. They are amazing and you will not be sorry when you read this book. Very easy to read. I could not put this book down. I can’t wait for my book so I can reread it and share with my husband. Thank you Alexa and Carlos for this amazing opportunity to help launch this book. This is Gods way of telling me to slow down and let him guide me. God bless everyone.

This is a great view on the way the world sees us christians. They expect us to have no flaws or storms but it is quite contrary. I am so grateful for the testimonies written in this book and i am most grateful for these two people. They have shown us through this book that no matter the situation you keep pulling forward. Faith in Jesus is what we need more of. I always feel like when im at my highest something comes to knock me down. But this book right here inspired me to keep going. Reminded me of my faith and where to turn to. Along side my husband. What if love is the point of it all? Get it today!! Trust me

I could not put this book down! From the opening line to the very end, I was enthralled by the their stories. Although it is a non-fiction book, it read like a novel. The book made me feel like I was invited to their home and as they shared their stories, and we laughed together and cried together. I’ve adopted their nighttime routine with the kids. What a huge blessing this book is!! I pray it will touch many lives as it has my own.

This book is such an inspiration. Carlos and Alexa take you on a walk through the highs and lows of each of there own lives before meeting each other and after. The love story not only between them but between each of them and God is so amazing. They dive into the struggles they have gone through and how they walked through the valleys. I cried good tears through this whole book as Carlos and Alexa tell how God transformed there lives. This is a must read book for anyone and everyone no matter what you believe.

As the PenaVega’s toss the pen back and forth in this extraordinary book, they give us a closer look at their younger years and what makes them who they are today. From finding their careers, to finding their Faith, to finding each other, to growing a family. A truthful and raw look at what you think might be the glamorous life and how we are all human and trying to figure this world out! Wether you’re a fan of just one or of both the PenaVega’s, this is worth the read!

Wow! “What if Love is the Point” is an amazing book to read talking about a relationship that was helped and guided by God’s work! I will say God does work in mysterious ways especially for love! I was lucky enough to be chosen to get an early access and be a apart of the launch team and by far one of my favorite journeys. Ironically I believe that God put me in this position for a reason and I’m super thankful! What both Alexa and Carlos were going through I had no idea at the time until I read the book. To be fair, during their struggles I was a kid and kids are oblivious of certain things but my heart goes out to them because I myself has had mental issues obviously different situations but similar in some aspects! I’m so glad that God helped them individually and put their friend Andrew to help them go to church and eventually meet up with each other at bible studies! Ah I love love stories so much! Thank you Carlos and Alexa! This book is definitely worth to read!

I truly didn’t know what exactly to expect from this book. I have known these two since my girls were young and followed them through them. Because of that, I knew some of their story. When I started chapter one, I didn’t want to put the book down. I wanted to continue reading. To know their whole story. They were so honest with their life story and how Jesus worked through the good, the bad and the ugly to bring them to Him and each other. Then their journey together and how they try and live a live that shines brightly for Jesus in an industry that doesn’t and doesn’t always support marriage in general. I really was encouraged and impressed with their faith, commitment and boldness to follow Jesus and remain committed to each other in-spite of the demands of Hollywood. This is definitely a book I’d recommend reading and one I could find myself reading more than once and honestly, I don’t usually re-read books due to so many books I read. I’ve honestly almost picked it back up again to read already again! I think this book definitely has something for everyone. I encourage you to take a chance and read it for yourself. I had the privilege of reading this book before it publicly launched. Beautifully put together; An inspiring story of Alexa and Carlos PenaVega and their walks in Faith and their growing relationships with Jesus. As a young wife and mom to 3 young kids (I grew up in church and have had a relationship with God from early adolescence, my husband had been to church as a child but his relationship didn't start to mature until early adulthood.), this book truly resonated with me. I also enjoyed their glimpse into raising their children as young desciples. I have adopted their nightly routine (minus song, I can't carry a tune) to do with my three girls at bedtime. This book truly was an amazing reminder to keep your eyes and heart turned to Jesus and spread His love. An encouraging and inspiring book that I enjoyed reading and will definitely read again!

I read this book before it launched because I was lucky enough to be apart of the book’s launch team. This book actually changed my mindset, the way I approach stressful situations is different now because of Carlos & Alexa’s story. The love that they share is so pure and beautiful. Getting to read about their lives and their struggles was so humbling. I encourage you to read this book because it was really a beautiful story. Not one you typically hear from “famous stars”. I applaud them for their bravery and for keeping their faith in a world as cruel as this one. Not too many stand up for God these days.

This book was phenomenal! Alexa and Carlos really opened up my eyes in realizing that I need to give more to God and talk to him more. I love how they separated the chapters which each one is telling their story. They go through their younger years into their adult years and even discuss the challenges each faced. It was refreshing to know and understand that they are faithful but in some cases it took certain situations to help them get to where they are today. God truly has been there in the moments that they least expected, and that is something I can honestly relate too. But although they discuss their faith and God's love, you don't have to be a Christian to read it. It's a book that can be read by anyone and will teach anyone life long lessons.

When I am ready to read a good book, I normally want a book that keeps my attention. When I was selected to be a part of the launch team for this wonderful authors and their amazing book, I was not sure what I was going to expect. When I read the first page, I fell in love this book. The testimonies that Carlos and Alexa share are absolutely worth the read. I could not stop reading it. I actually read it three times. Its a book that we didn't know we need it, especially with everything going on around the world. this book could not come at a better time. I highly recommended it.

This book not only is a really simple and fast read for anyone that may not have a lot of extra time, but it is so easy to relate to whether you are single, married, or a parent. Whether you are a Christian today or not, this book will help connect you with how being one really can change your life. It is a blessing. It goes through their life before and after they met as well as the impact that God had on them. My favorite part of this book is the last chapter where it pulls in all of the wonderful points of how to live a life of love in so many different aspects of life. Life is not always easy, but when you have the right attitude and strength in God it can be definitely more bearable. The realness of how Carlos and Alexa expressed their journey and helped make it so relatable. Highly recommend!
