What’s with these manufacturers? It’s overkill with the salt. Reduce the normal amount instead making us buy the the “reduced” salt version.

I love these. My only issue is that when I sit down to eat a couple, I end up with an empty package that once held crackers, and a bunch of crumbs on my shirt and pants. It’s a real conundrum. Would recommend.

These were always my go-to crackers until I developed a glutamic acid/MSG allergy. After searching my pantry during my elimination (seriously almost everything has glutamic acid in it) I realized the sad truth that wheat thins contained malted barley syrup. This is a form of glutamic acid and a brother of MSG. For anyone sensitive to MSG, stay far away from these and other products with glutamic acid. It's super difficult because almost all processed food/cosmetics/bath and body have them, but staying clear of migraines and hives is worth it.
