This product is a solid fine/10. Materials are cheap but feel decently sturdy. The only defect I noticed was that the top bars seemed quite crooked, even though I lined up all the screws correctly. I wouldn't trust the top bar to hold much in the way of hanging clothes; I definitely wouldn't use the wooden shelf as a "shoe bench" (despite the incredibly photoshopped woman assuring me that's what it's for); and I'm even reluctant to put my heavier winter coat on this rack as it seems quite light and likely to tip over (granted it does come with an anti-tip kit, but I can't mount it in my apartment). However, for just having a somewhat cute shoe/coat rack to hold most of my shoes and my most often used bags and jackets, it gets the job done and was fairly easy to put together.
