Ok to me this was a brand name I had never heard of and taking this into consideration when I ordered this shrug I knew it would run small. I wear a size 3x and I ordered a size 5x just based on my past experiences of ordering off name brands on Amazon. That being said the quality of this shrug is nice! The fabric is soft and this is a hard to find lovely shade of green. Thwe sleeve detail is very sweet looking. I did this as a hand wash though in cold water then hung to dry to avoid shrinkage. I gave this 4 stars simply because of having to take a chance on guessing the sizing online and not being able to see it in person in a store. But I did return to the site and ordered this in the other 2 shades simply because its very hard to find a lightweight cover up to pair with sleeveless dresses in summer that arent charing 35 to 50 dollars on a shrug so I took a chance on TARGET and was not disappointed. :)
