With the rise of plant/nut based milks - it's great to have these options versus standard milk YET the problem with these alternatives always becomes how they eventually add gums or fillers, much like standard food products we all purchase/enjoy once their production volumes hit a certain level. BUT - after research last year I found Willa's and LOVE the fact it's all natural and the taste is amazing. I love using it in my Matcha Lattes. The flavor and thickness is spot on tasty. To know they are available in Target now makes it a tad easier to stock up in the moment. If you like Oat milk, Willa's is worth the price and to support a small family, women's owned business is even more of a plus - congrats on making it to Target!

I am a latte connoisseur and I am picky! I also don’t like milk or drink it plain but this oat milk is divine. I have used all the other brands and either the oat flavor is too strong or the milk wouldn’t froth or there’s too much added sugar but this one frothed beautifully with my nespresso frother and tastes delicious. I also never leave reviews and felt compelled to leave this one because I am so impressed. I plan to try the lower calorie/sugar option next.

This is by far our favorite oat milk. We warm it up and use a frother for homemade lattes. It saves a fortune from going to the coffee shop every day, and, low key, tastes better.

I am so glad I discovered this oat milk. I was looking for an organic option that frothed. I use a little frother and making lattes with it has become my new favorite thing. I also am watching my sugar intake and I like that it has less sugar than other brands.

It froths well and holds the froth better than dairy milk. I personally think it tastes like Cheerios which isn’t bad but isn’t necessarily the flavor I’m looking for in my coffee. Overall, a good low sugar, dairy-free alternative.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Willa’s Barista Oat Milk. This was my first time trying any type of oat milk, and I found it to have great flavor. I particularly like that there are so few ingredients. So many plant based milk options contain carrageenan, which I try to avoid. This product, fortunately does not contain carrageenan. Overall, I look forward to continue enjoying the Barista Oat Milk in my coffee.

Willa's Barista has become an anchor in my morning routine. I was a longtime buyer of Chobani and Oatley, but after much ingredient research I landed on Willa's! The ingredient list is amazingly small. No carrageenan, no rapeseed oil, and the sugar content is very low, leaving me without a big blood sugar spike. It even has fiber! I have a Jura espresso machine and Willa's steams beautifully in just 30 seconds. I've also used it without steaming in iced coffee and it's also delicious! The chocolate version is a favorite for my kids too. On top of all of that, Willa's is women-owned and I love supporting their mission and family-recipe history!

Froths and foams for lattes and cappuccinos! I love that Willa’s uses organic ingredients, and has way less sugar than other oat milks and more protein too. It is soooo yummy! My kids love it too. My son is lactose intolerant and we use Willa’s instead of cream / milk when recipes call for it and it has worked so well we’ve been kind of amazed. Willa’s uses the whole oat and I think that’s why it has more protein and less sugar. I also love that they’re women owned and don’t use any harmful ingredients.

This oat milk is so smooth and delicious. We love it in coffee and cereal (and I also use it for baking). Our 3 year old granddaughter, who is not lactose intolerant, asks for it daily because it’s her favorite beverage.

Willa’s oat milk contains clean ingredients and tastes great, too! The oat milk contains a small amount of maple sugar and has a low glycemic index which is perfect for my diabetic husband. My kids use it in their smoothies and I love it in my coffee. It is simply the best on the market and I’m excited that Target carries it now.
