Q: It says faux marble base in title. But then teamson answers it is real marble. Teamson also answers saying plastic shade then says metal shade. Is it real marble? Is the shade metal or plastic?

Q: I read in the reviews that the shades are plastic but is this true for the black version also? Also the reviews confused me where at least one reviewer said the black metal shade was textured?
A: The shade is made of steel in powder coated finish with texture feeling on surface.

Q: Can this lamp be taken apart for moving?

Q: Can the switch be left in the on position so that the lamp can be turned off and on with a wall switch?
