Q: How do you heat up the packs? Microwave for how long? Or do you have to boil?

A: Hi there! The instructions for heating can be found in the product Instructions for Use - Heat the pack in boiling water or microwave. The pad will turn white when warm. If microwaving place a single pad in the microwave and lay flat for time indicated based on wattage: 700 watt= 16 seconds, 1000 watt=13 seconds, 1250 watt=11 seconds. Be sure to microwave pads individually. After testing the temperature, continue to microwave in 5-second increments until the desired temperature is reached. Hope this helps!

A: Hi, Carmen! After use, rinse with warm water and air or pat dry. Please do not wash in the dishwasher or sterilizer. If silver begins to tarnish over time, as silver naturally does, please note that this does not affect the safety or effectiveness of the cups. To clean tarnish, scrub a mixture of baking soda and water over cups with fingers, rinse with warm water and pat dry.
