Q: When using the earbuds as a Zoom host, everyone tells me my volume is too low? I adjust the volume I hear, but tried holding the mic to my mouth and some said it is still to weak to hear me well enough to understand me. Advice?

Q: I have two questions. In the controls, what is the button that is separate from the volume? And does the microphone automatically work when you plug it in or do you have turn it on somehow?

This is not as good as I thought. First of all, only one of the earbuds (the right side) works. I got this for school and thought I could use this often, but it was not worth it.
