Q: Has this caused stomach distress for anyone else? I am so disappointed. I didn't even get to use it for a week.

A: I am so sorry you had that experience. We have not heard that complaint before. The ingredients are all listed on the packaging. Some people don't respond well to supplements in general. There are no known allergens, wheat, dairy etc. Otherwise, I am unsure why this caused you stomach distress.

I have been using Me•No•Pause for several years. I stumbled upon it while shopping for vitamins and natural supplements to combat menopause. Within weeks of taking it, I noticed less hot flashes, night sweats and brain fog.

I have this a shot. I do not suffer from night sweats or hot flashes but have the brain fog, fatigue and low libido associated with menopause. I noticed after taking this a few days that I started having stomach issues. I gave it a couple more weeks but it's just so hard feeling bad everyday on top of the meno symptoms. The nausea went away shortly after I stopped the meds.

I have tried numerous products for hot flashes, irritability and brain fog and this by far has helped. Hot flashes have decreased, irritability has greatly diminished, and the brain fog has lessened. I am finishing my second bottle and going to order monthly with good benefits so far. My work is pretty stressful and my anger has greatly diminished. Sexual drive is coming back, which has been in the toilet; luckily my husband is awesome and has been understanding.

I read the reviews that said 2 weeks -- for me it was almost exactly 4 weeks but at 2 weeks I noticed a decrease in the amount of hot flashes. I was having 10 to 20 a day and night and after 2 weeks, it was down to 3 to 5. After 4 weeks -- NONE! Amazing! I'm on the subscription plan now and I feel so much better! And, have recommended this to anyone and everyone!

I was previously taking a tincture, and I didn't notice any change. I would say about 2 to 3 weeks after taking this, I started to notice my mood shift, and libido slowly coming back. I am about six months in and when I forget to take it, I definitely can tell a difference. I'll keep using it!

I started having pre-menopause symptoms in February—horrible night sweats, lack of sleep, etc. I saw my OBG, and he prescribed Veozah because I have a heart condition and cannot take the other options on the market. I received an email from Womaness advertising the me.no.pause option, so I tried it while waiting for my prescription to be approved. It took a full month for the Me.No.Pause pill to work, and suddenly, there were no more night sweats. I can sleep comfortably, stay asleep longer, and feel more energized. It has been a life changer. Ultimately, my insurance did not approve the Veozah, arguing that I was not eligible for it and that they would cover other options. I have been taking my pills daily, and I continue to feel great. I have not experienced a single episode of a hot flash since. THANK YOU for working on this amazing option for women!

Purchased on a whim. Came home and read reviews, took it the next day, on day 1 I only had one hot flash!!! I was having 30-50 a day! It felt constant!!! This supplement is literally AMAZING!!!! I only purchased it because my hot flashes were so bad, it's only been a couple weeks, not even done with first bottle and if I have one hot flash a day forever I can handle that! But most days I have NONE AT ALL!!! Don't wait, BUY THIS!!! Some people say it took a few weeks to work, but not for me, first pill/day1 it worked!!!!!

Does this product solve all menopause-related issues? No. Has is given me measurable relief from hot flashes and sleepless nights? Absolutely. For me, it took about three weeks of daily doses to feel the full effect. And I don't have the anxiety connected to hormone replacement. So far, the cost is worth it.
Definitely, turns down the heat.

I went into this expecting it to be yet another waste of money. However, within four or five days, I realized I was less foggy and was speaking faster without having to search for words, which had been a concern. Since I've been dealing with fogginess and having trouble recalling words for years, I cannot imagine my experience is psychosomatic. The only complaint I have is with the auto reorder process. I keep getting emails telling me I have to order it, even though I'm signed up for reorder. Then, the reorder takes forever to arrive. I had to write to customer service last month because the order never left their post office, and now this month, my reorder is yet again sitting in the Kansas post office since yesterday I only have four pills left. The company charges a lot for shipping, but with this happening two months in a row, I don't think they should charge shipping on reorders at all.

I have taken 16 of these supplements (16 days)…and it hasn't made any difference in my hot flashes/sweats (I'd call them night sweats but they are occurring every 2-3 hours 24 hours a day.). I gave three stars because I love the promise of them and because I still have hope that they will help me and work one of these days to at least lessen my sweats; I've been having them for 4 months now and they do bring me to the brink of tears sometimes as nothing that I do seems to make a difference and they are very uncomfortable. I tried Remifemin (black cohosh supplement) and that didn't work for me at all (I tried that for 5 weeks). So…fingers crossed…this supplement will work at some point…they say to give supplements 4 weeks to start taking effect…we'll see. I'm happy for those reviewers who state that it made a difference in 3 days or that it made a difference at all…I wish that was my experience. Still holding out hope.

Yay!!!! This is the 4th supplement I've tried and I've finally noticed a difference. I'm not hot flash free, but there's been a huge decrease. I love that you only need one a day. When I do get a hot flash it doesn't last too long. I also think these have helped my mood.
