Women's Denim Vest - Universal Thread™

For reference, I am 34a and it is a little big but cute.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this to be a very cute denim vest. It is made with pretty thick, sturdy denim. I like the v neck and found it to be flattering. I think it would be really cute paired with a skirt or over a dress. I found it true to size- I’m 5’7 and 130 lbs and the size 6 fit well, probably could have gone with a size 4 for a tighter fit. A nice staple to have in the closet to add a little flare to an outfit I received an incentive to write this review.

It was pretty fitted and since it was a little cropped hitting above the hips, I got away with going by my waist size in lieu of hips which would’ve pushed me one size up. The size choice worked well. The material was of good quality denim and medium weight. You can wear this casual with jeans and boots or a denim skirt and canvas sneakers, even step it up a notch with dress pants and heels. For that, I like the white color option to okay with the versatility. For reference I’m 5’4” and measure at 32-28-38. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m 5’5 and weigh 170 and I’m wearing a size 12 from universal thread. This denim vest runs pretty small. I would say size up like 2 sizes if you want to be able to button it. This fabric is thick and the material has zero stretch. It feels like a good quality denim vest. There are pockets but they’re pretty small too so basically useless. It’s a cute vest but definitely size up. I received an incentive to write this review.

Usually, I order a size 20 in a blouse or top however, this retailer seems to run a bit large and tops and dresses. The 18 fit me perfectly and I really liked the design and the denim material of the vest. It was quite comfortable and I found it to be stylish. I am 5 feet 11 tall and I found that the vest still fit my torso in length. It actually was a bit large and the bust area however and I could probably have purchased a smaller size. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this vest for myself. I am 5’7” 170lbs and my true size is 10. I sized up in this vest and I’m glad I did. It fit perfect. I really love this vest! It’s super trendy and would be really cute for a country concert! The fit was perfect, maybe a little cropped but not too much. The buttons are easy to undo. Overall I really love this product and would recommend, but maybe size up one. I received an incentive to write this review.

Love this shirt it does run about two sizes small I usually wear a size 8 and I got a 10 and it is still pretty tight! I was ok with that since I wanted to wear it more open like an open vest. That’s how I styled it and I loved it with a flowy skirt!

I agree, it does run small. I’m a true size 12 38 D and my store didn’t have a 12 in stock, so I tried the 14 and it was a perfect fit. It’s a true rigid denim material and I do think the fabric fibers will relax a little bit with wear as true rigid denim does. Still I’d size up one size. FYI-I wouldn’t put it in the dryer, I think it might shrink.

It’s cuter than last Target denim vests, but it also runs smaller than past vests. I’m usually a size 16/18 on top and the 16 was nowhere near close to buttoning. I’m keeping it to wear open but maybe size up a size or two if you want this to button.

Very nice quality denim. It has no stretch so you may want to size up especially if you have a larger chest.
