Measure across the fullest part of your bust, keeping tape measure level.
Torso

Run tape measure from the top of your shoulder,between your legs & up again back to where you started.
Waist

Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortably loose, level line around that point.

Stand with your feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of your hips & Seat.

I bought the red pair in size SM. I'm 5'4" and weigh 133lbs. and they fit perfectly. They feel like they are holding everything in - I love the "compression" feeling. If you're uncomfortable with that, I'd go up one size. I ran three miles in these and they didn't sag, roll up, or slip down. But the best part is the phone pocket on the top back of the leggings. I do NOT like wearing my phone on the side of my hip or leg as it gives a bulgy, bulky silhouette. I don't need help making my hips look wider. Placing the phone pocket on the back of these leggings is ingenious! The only callout I have for the red pair is that my sweat did cause the red to get darker in specific spots - I'll leave that to your imagination. I will be buying the black pair to address that issue.

These are smooth and slick fabric, good for working out. I’m knocking a star off because they don’t have a phone pocket, just a small key/card pocket. Otherwise they’d be fantastic. They are very compressive, I am usually a large or xL in bottoms and went with XL in these and they are snug and compressive. Definitely size up if you’re between sizes.

The color of the lavender is beautiful and I was so excited to find a decent dupe of the Lululemon Wunder Train leggings, but unfortunately, these are a miss for me. I am a size 16 and ordered a XXL and while they fit PERFECTLY, they are slightly see through. You can probably make it work with the right under garments, but I wear granny undies and you can see more than I am comfortable with, even with nude undies. I think I might try another color because, other than being see through, they are awesome!

Super high quality not your typical workout legging. Although they can be worn for workouts they are stylish too. Very complementary and slimming. They make my legs look like I actually work out all the time and great tummy control without it feeling uncomfortable. I wish they had more colors but I love the tan. It looks way more expensive than they actually cost and are very stylish too. If you are looking for a more comfortable fit you may want to size up but if you are looking for slimmer, toned look they are true to size.
