Target sent me a used jacket someone wore and returned. Coat stunk like body odor so bad and had someone’s winter gloves in it! Clearly a person wore this out and about and then returned it! Absolutely disgusting that their shipping department would send out to someone. Won’t be shopping here anymore!

What a cute coat!! I ordered 3 sizes, xs, small and medium. Keeping the small. For reference I’m 5’7 132lbs small chest. The main bummer is the security tag was left on!!! This is the second time this has happened to me. Do better Target.

The jacket is great but the customer service are leaving. The security tag on is pretty annoying target lately has been dropping the ball in customer service. I don't understand how you don't pay attention to a security tag being on a jacket and then sending it out in the mail.

This is one of the softest and most comfortable jackets I have ever purchased. I also purchased the white/gray color because I loved this jacket so much. I'm very pleased with this purchase and for reference, I am 5'4" 100 lbs and I bought the XS which fits me just right. Bring more in with different colors/patterns!

Loved color an texture of Faux fur, only issue with it is Needs more Hook & Latch so it closes fully! Much needed. Had my size xxs. Love it for Faux fake, but needs more for closing the cost

This coat Awesome got so many compliments even asking if was real fur! Note only on closure so scarf is needed for neck protection on cold windy nights Wish I would of caught the sale though They flew out my store, Couldn't stop thinking about it came back and bought one.

Bought item in two different sizes. L and XL. When received, XL had the alarm tag attached and L smelt terrible. Completely used. Body odor smell (armpit) mixed with coconut fragrance. When looking into it closer, it didn’t even have a price tag attached. That same evening I was forced to go into target, customer service representative didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience and didn’t even know what to type in since the item didn’t even have a price tag.
