I tried on the medium to give me a little extra room, and I think they fit great. I absolutely love the color and like that there’s a matching shirt to go with it if you so choose. They have an elastic waistband and pull on. The shorts are made from a lightweight gauze material that is very comfortable. They come in a pretty aqua color. The shorts are high-rise and have pockets. They could easily be dressed up or worn casually. I highly recommend the shorts to anyone who likes to feel comfortable. These shorts fit well around the waist but I did think they were somewhat too large in the buttock and leg area for my style. I thinked that you could either dress these pants up or down depending on what you want to wear them with. They also had pockets which I thought was nice. Comfortable and good quality. They fit fine, however, to have more of a relaxed fitting pair of shorts. I believe a medium would be best for me. If you are between sizes I would go up on this pair of shorts. I didn’t realize these were high waisted, but these were actually OK and felt not super tight in the waist. I normally hate high waisted, but these weren’t bad. I love the gauze material, it was soft and lightweight. I like that the shorts had pockets and the blue color is really pretty. I received an incentive to write this review.
