Women's Long Sleeve Collared Button-Down Shirt - A New Day™ Black Polka Dots

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for something a little more formal and came across this so I ordered it I was a little bit nervous about the polkadots and how they would look I was pleasantly surprised that the shirt feels like it has a slimming look to it. It’s very silky smooth lightweight there’s not a lot of stretch to it, but I believe it’s true to size a small and it fit loosely, which is what I want. It’s a great find well-made shirt. The material does offer a little bit of stretch as well. I love the polkadot look and this can be worn for any casual occasion or even a work shirt. Could also be dressed down with a good pair of jeans! I wear large or extra large. I got the extra large and I’m glad I did. Fits true to size, the large would have been too snug I think. The fit is a bit loose but great for this type of shirt. The material is durable and quality while being comfortable and lightweigh. The fabric is very light weight and sheer feeling, but I didn't feel like it was see through. The buttons are functional, but has an extra piece of fabric that covers them, so it is more of a sleek look when they are buttoned up. I felt like the length was good that it could be tucked or left out. usually wears size medium or 8. This is a medium and fit true to size. I received an incentive to write this review.

This is a great blouse for work, solid drapey fabric with no stretch, perfect ladies cut for basic button up style, not see-through. The front hem is slightly shorter than the back hem, I don’t love that but it’s not as pronounced as I’ve see on other shirts. This will be a good blouse for zoom calls too!
