Women's Ruched Maxi A-Line Dress - Universal Thread™

So this dress is super comfortable and lined BUT that three seam looks odd that falls above the natural waist. I think a slim person may look better in this dress than I do. I am top heavy so it is a tent-ish with that last seam restricting the flowy ability.

Nice material. But runs big. I typically wear a medium. A medium was Way too big on me and runs very long. It was all the way down to my ankles. This dress is made for tall slim people. I am 5’9” and 155. I would need a small. Perhaps even an extra small.

The fabric was really soft but I don’t understand the seam placements- this dress could not have been less flattering on me! Returned

It definitely wouldn’t be something you would wanna wear in warmer months. I paired it with a jean jacket and it was super cute. Got lots of compliments on it. I am wearing a size extra large, which is my normal size and it fits very well and the length is good not too long . Overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking. This dress is so incredibly pretty. Target has really brought out an impressive line of spring dresses. This one is sized quite large though and is way too long for me at 5'3. I would only buy if you are tall.

The design is terrible and the fit weird. Puffy on top is not flattering.

I agree with the other reviewer who loves this. I think it’s adorable and looks similar to one MW is selling for 4x the price.

I liked the color and material. I am 5'5" and curvy. True to size, but the fit is just really off if you are anything other tall, thin and flat chested. The ruching is not flattering on this dress design.

Be very careful when selecting this dress I'm not a big woman at all I'm all of five four slender I'm not big busted or anything all of my garments are of medium size and all of my other garments that I got in medium size fit perfect no issues at all distress fits really tight up underneath the arms it's made really weird so if you go up a size I got a medium if you go up a size you're going to have a top that fits with an extra large balloon bottom I like the big size bagginess of the dress and everything but the top is not consistent with the bottom it should be more freely flowing and not so tight and constricted up underneath the arms and I misquoted and saying to the team that I got a size bigger when I should have clearly stated that I did not see fit to get a size bigger and so I just wanted to put this out here and to set the record straight and telling the truth and to help others when they go to look for this garment be very mindful of that that your top portion is not made proportion like the bottom it's really really tight up underneath the arms not the back and not the bust they were actually a comfortable fit it was up underneath the arms and so just be very careful about getting this dress I love the material it's really cute I like the big bag in this of it you know even just as a house dress but just know that so I had to mark it a one and to set the record straight and tell the truth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ughhh… would you look better in a bag? it’s highly likely. this stress is a lot. It is a line and roost maxi dress very down on the farm. Look to it. A kind of house on the Prairie feel. definitely not something I will be keeping in my closet. It will be returned immediately. This is just not my style, but I am typically a size 14 to a 16 and I ordered this in a extra extra large it fit probably could’ve sized down but then again it does look like I’m just wearing a sheet around me. the one upside is there is a liner underneath so you can’t see anything not that you’re trying to show anything in this I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dress in size S is very loose and should have sized down. It is quite long on me and just like so baggy on. It is also a pretty wrinkle material. I feel the ruched style contributed to the wrinkled look. It did not have much shape to it. Paired with white canvas sneakers and it didn’t look the greatest so probably better with sandals, especially heeled to lift the dress more off ground. Just was not the greatest look. For reference, I’m 5’4” and measure at 32-28-38. I received an incentive to write this review.

Did not fit correctly, so I’m returning it. It is made with nice cotton material and fully lined. I wish it would be fit better. It is just odd the way the seams at the top lay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 6 feet tall wearing a size medium. This dress runs large and is made over-sized. I did not find this flattering at all. You have to be very thin to pull this off. It jets out at the hip and just keeps flowing out. It is very comfortable and light weight. But again just not flattering at all. Maybe in a brighter color with a denim jacket it would style better. Overall disappointing and not cheap either. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this dress for myself in a medium, which is my usually size. I’m 5’7” and the length was pretty good. Everything else on the dress felt too big. It is very loose fitting to the point that it isn’t flattering and the armpit holes are too big as well. The fabric this is made from wrinkles easily, which could be a pain if you take this on a trip. One other perk is that it has pockets. I received an incentive to write this review.

I liked the lightweight material and the length but the places that the ruching fell (especially the bottom ruching) was all wrong. I am more of an hourglass shape and this made me look VERY pear shaped.

I ordered both colors and the fit is awful. By appearance you would think the dress would be flowy but the 3rd sewing hem on the upper dress is too close to the pockets and hips for me that it barely fits and makes the dress look awful. If you have no boobs and no hips and curves this might fit you but if you are curvy this dress is a absolute NO. The blue dress was also an ugly grey ish purple hue, honestly not cute!
