Despite these bottoms being super cute, the sizing is a little different than the rest of the Target swim bottoms. I am typically a size S in bikini bottoms, but I ended up having to exchange these for a size XS. Even though they are adjustable, the fabric in the back bunched up in weird places when I would try to tie the size S ones to make them fit. The size XS fits perfectly though, so I would recommend either sizing down or being able to try these on before buying them. Love the colors they offer in these bottoms! Now that I figured out the sizing I will definitely be ordering more colors.

I realize this is a teen brand. But, to the young ones who don't understand this bottom, we wore this style in the 80's. It is a very high hip style. You must raise up the sides to the top of your hipbone. Nothing wrong with the bikini bottom, you're just not wearing it correctly, or even if you figure it out, you may not like it. This is full back, ultra high hip, just like the jockey string bikini panties we wore. I knock off a star because the side ties are very thin, possibly causing an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction.

The color is great but the cut would be 10X better if it was flipped. This suit works if you don't have a stomach and want to cover up your rear but if you have a belly and a nice backside it's horrible. I can almost wear it when I put it on backwards, the front as the back is perfect, but there is then too much fabric in the front to look normal. Make these so they can be reversible and more size inclusive.

Unlike the top being tight, the bottoms were large. Even after adjustment from the straps there was extra fabric in the wrong spots lol. Returning to buy a smaller size, but still super cute.
