Please note that these dimensions are for a normal and maximum wrist fit. The band can expand to 11.0 inches to pass over the knuckles, but it cannot be worn comfortably on your wrist at this size. The right size of watch for your wrist is completely subjective; there is no uniform size that can be considered too big or too small.
