I got these 2 winters ago and they are cracking where the feet bend. I take very good care of them so no reason for them to fall apart.

I owned these for 1 month before the bottom tread started ripping off. Probably the poorest quality boots especially for the money.

I have had these boots now for three winters and they are by far the best boots I have had in years. I wear them to do chores on horse farm and have been out in them for up to 10 hours straight in the day. I got a half size larger than I wear as I am a 71/2 I purchased the 8. I wear orthotics and with regular thick socks they fit perfect. When the temp drops to -25 to -45c I take orthotics out and double my socks wearing a very good pair of wool or TMax thick sock as top sock layer. If I keep moving my feet stay toasty warm even in these extreme cold temperatures. Mind you i am not standing around I am moving and walking and working outside in this cold. Makes a big difference. If I am outside standing in one spot in cold under -25 then I just put hot shots or something at my toes and I have never once had an issue of cold feet. Honestly…never. I live out doors. Have a narrow foot so lots of room inside if my feet swell as they do. I can tuck clothing pant legs into my boots and put outerwear snow pants or coverall legs overtop of boot no issue. They are on the heavier side but I have no issue with that. Keeps me in better shape walking around in them all day. The traction of these are golden…truly. This is why I purchased them and why I love them and why these boots are always my first go to boot for walking through icy fields. The odd time I may need ice clamps to put over top depending on how weather changes affected the fields but most times I do not need them. I walk my two dogs through the bush in these as well through crazy uphill downhill terrain in winter, spring and fall conditions. Love them. These are not boots meant for warmer temperatures and if you try your feet will sweat and be soaked wet when you take them out. I personally wear them almost 7dats a week and I always rinse them off at the end of my day and sometimes once or twice when out working at the farm. The treads still have good life on them. I have had three years wearing them thus far no issues with quality or defects and I imagine I will get a couple more years out of them before I flwill find myself needing another pair. I recommend these boots if you are looking for a heavy duty pair of farm boots or dog walking boots. Just be mindful of the fact they are not a light boot and if that’s a deal breaker than perhaps these boots are not for you. I personally love them and was even thinking of getting another pair keeping one for farm only.

I bought my first Mucks in 2000. They were the original simple woman’s hi muckster. I loved them. Wore them everyday as working boots on my ranch. They lasted 18 years. I replaced them (2019) with the Vibram Arctic ice grips and after 1 winter they leaked. New design not well thought out. Where the sole meets the boot at the back, they have started to separate and I now have wet feet. Not a great product for the expensive price. I am certain this is not the first complaint because on close inspection you can see that the seal is not sturdy. Shame as I always bragged about my 18 year old Mucks. Will not recommend and am looking for an alternative boot. Pity that Muck in its expansion, has lost in quality.

I bought these boots last fall (Sept 2021) and they were falling apart by the spring - rips in the rubber and the sole on one of the boots fell off. I should have made a warranty claim but got busy and forgot. I did not have this issue will my previous pair of Men's Arctic Ice boots, which lasted 5+ years.

I purchased these boots 3 years ago now. This will be my third winter wearing them. These boots are fantastic. Best boots I have ever had for winter. Use on horse farm doing chores in -45c with think socks feet toasty if you keep moving. Feet can get cold when I’m in -45 and standing in one place for too long but I just put Hot shots in my boots and I can easily work outside 10 hours straight with toasty feet. I have poor circulation and no feeling in one foot but my feet are always warm when I take my boots off. If anything important to wear socks of correct thickness depending on temperature outside as your feet could easily sweat and that would cause issues certainly. I used this boots on farm, walking dogs in bush on snowy, muddy, wet, slushy, icy conditions and traction it great. Just walk properly. On some occasions when it’s extremely Icey out I will just put mens ice grips over my boots as the fit perfectly over these big boots and away I go. If I had any complaint at all it’s that they are a heavier boot especially for long hikes through the woods in the winter but…I got very used to them and really love them. My legs got stronger doing long winter hikes in them. I wear a size 7/12 and purchased a size 8. With heavy socks they are perfect, maybe a little more effort to put boot on. With thin socks they are roomy but still do the trick. My feet are narrow as are my calves. I can comfortably tuck my pants into boot. Taking boot off can be a pain in the butt when you have thick socks on so I purchased the wooden thing you use to take boots off and voila…no more issues. Before I had done that my husband would have to pull my boots off for me…sometimes pulling me clear off the hallway bench…so I’d suggest purchasing one of those suckers to help take your boots off with thick socks so you don’t hurt your back.

I was given a pair of these for my birthday. They were great while they lasted, but within a year of inconsistent use (because they were not worn during the summer months) both boots developed large cracks/holes in the back just above the ankle. My sister had the same issue, except on her boots, the crack was in the front. These are not worth their price. I would only expect this from the knock offs...

I’ve had these for almost a year.. I live in Canada where it’s -30/-40 some winters. Last week it was in the -20’s… my feet were absolutely frozen after being outside for 15 minutes.. I’ve tried wearing different socks with them and layering up/layering down.. nothing has helped. I was excited to have these boots for calving in cold weather but they do not keep my feet warm.

Just unpacking them for another season in cold Alberta. I put a fleece footbed in for the -50 days otherwise I am very pleased with the warmth and for support. Light enough to not tire from a days work in the snow and ice.

Was exited to purchase these for $190 plus tax in store. Within 13 month the back above the ankles had tears in them. Very disappointed they didn’t hold up longer for minimal wear.
