    Size up 2 sizes to avoid it opening when you walk or sit

    I love DVF and own a ton of her original line so I used to the wrap dress but sadly this version does not stay closed when you walk… you also can’t easily wear a slip underneath as it’s a T back.. I would have loved to keep all three versions but it’s not feasible due to the design flaw of not laying well when you walk combined with the T back so you cannot wear a slip. I even tried sizing up to an XS but then the arm holes were too big as I’m barely 5-1. Design fail BUT if you’re not petite I would recommend going up 2 sizes to try and get enough material so maybe it won’t open when you walk.

    I love the look and feel of this dress. The knit is a nice weight and quality, and the color and pattern is vibrant and unique. However, the bottom is way too open, revealing the leg almost up to the panty line when walking. I'm not against showing a little leg, but this is a lot even for me.

    I love this dress - the weight is great to skim the body well and is better quality than some regular cotton. I don't get most of the negative reviews I read both on the fabric and the cut. There is plenty of 'crossing' of the wrap area as you can see in the picture with my leg cocked to the side.

    Fits like a dream. I’m an hourglass, size 6-8 and it’s lovely. The sweater fabric is a quality knit. I got a medium. I have wider hips and did not find the wrap to be too exposed. Naturally wrap dresses can fall open but I think the weight of the fabric will help.

    Sizing is odd. I got a M because I have a larger chest size. Gapped at the armpit area. Perfect fit on chest tho [32G]. Waist was fine, but hip area would be problematic for sitting. Front would open too much when bending or sitting. Can't size up because would be huge.

    The dress came with the belt wrapped around the dress about 7or 8 times, took time to undo and now I need instructions on how to get it around the dress in the right way. I've tried a couple different ways and can't get it right. The fabric is a lot thicker than I thought it would be.
