How to measure

  • Bust

    Measure across the fullest part of your bust, keeping tape measure level.

  • Torso

    Run tape measure from the top of your shoulder,between your legs & up again back to where you started.

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortably loose, level line around that point.

  • Hip

    Stand with your feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of your hips & Seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

    If you are looking for leggings specifically with pockets (and intend to use the pockets), Do NOT get these. The pockets are held together with a very tin fabric glue or tape. Not sewn together. First time I wore these, my iphone went straight through the pocket. I bought multiple pair of these and they all were made this way. Highly disappointed because I loved the way these felt. They were super comfortable & a really nice material. But the pocket defect made me return these.

    This is the type of slick fabric that does not attract lint or pet hair at all, which is very nice for leggings. It's almost a swimsuit material, but not extraordinarily shiny or spandex-y. However, I bought the Dynamic Flex as well as the Effortless Support (which have similar slick fabric), and I ended up returning the Dynamic Flex because the Effortless Support leggings had superior stomach flattening ability. I am normally a size 6/Medium and I had to size up to a Large in the Dynamic Flex in order to feel comfortable and not have a muffin top.
