Women's Fit & Flare Mini Dress - A New Day™

The dress and material are lovely but I'm just too short. On the models it hits mid thigh but for me it was at my shins and it made the cut unflattering. I'll probably have this altered to fit better. Cute overall and good quality.

Cute dress but as others have mentioned, the top was way too big. Disappointed because I really liked it otherwise

I was looking for a dress to wear with knee high cowboy boots and found this one in store! My typical size is M-L (36DD / 38D) so I snagged a size 8. Be warned: the material is thick and it has a zipper on the side. It slipped over and felt promising until it came time to zip... that sucker did not budge. I have already been struggling with my body image and this dress, in what should have been my size, really wasn't helping the situation. However, seeing other reviews has reminded me that: 1. Clothes are meant to fit ME, I am not meant to fit CLOTHES 2. It's not a me problem - it's the dress problem. That being said - I do think it would be the perfect dress for the occasion I need it for (a wedding on a ranch), so I've ordered a size 10 and 12 to see if that changes anything!

I'm usually size 4-6, 118-120lbs 5ft and this is fairly true to size. I got size 4 in black. The cut of the dress is very flattering and versatile for many occasion. The mix of 60% cotton 40% rayon keeps it faily breathable and comfortable.

Love this item I get a bunch of compliments on it. My only struggle is with the zipper sometimes

Cute. I wore it to brunch and to the farmers market afterwards. I did have to size up because the chest area was too tight. But that was a minor thing. Overall, I felt so pretty in it.

Seams were busted at the neckline. Dress has the most awkward side zipper that's super stiff and doesn't want to zip. I'm a solid size 10 but I had problems getting the zipper past my bustline. I really want to love this dress but it's not possible. There's no give in the material as it's cotton and rayon. Sizing up is not an option because, of course, size 10 is just slightly too tight in the bust but the 12 is too loose everywhere else. This will be returned.

This is a great little dress, but the waist runs small. I am 5‘2“ tall, 115 lbs. I am usually between size 2 and 4 and bought size 4 in blue and black. I am 32D, and on me, the chest area is slightly large, while the waist fits but just barely! The chest area is not large enough for me to return the dress and overall I think it’s cute, just a little disproportioned.

This dress is so pretty! The blue is gorgeous!The fit is perfect! The V neckline puts cleavage on beautiful display. The length is flattering to my legs. Given my curvy shape, I appreciate the bit of elastic at the back. It can be paired with heels or flat sandals. I live in Florida so this dress will get year round wear!

Dress came with the seams busted, unzipped and wrinkled. Returned immediately.

I ordered a size 4. I’d say it fits fairly true to size. The v neck in the chest seemed a little loose so be mindful which bra you wear. That’s my only complaint is how he lays on the chest. I’m 34B for reference. Love the color and pockets!

Buy the dress? Got so many compliments and it's such a good value.

I like the dress. But agree that the sizing is off. I'm typically a 12, but will likely have to buy a 14 or 16 with this dress.

Tried on today in the blue- I’m a solid 16- with a few size 14 dresses- I’d probably have to go up to a 20 or something to get this to fit- sizing is wayyyy off- but I can tell this would be a great dress- if you could figure out the sizing…. But definitely runs at least 2-3 sizes small.

I wanted to like this dress but the top part is just not built for busty women. My usual size 8 had no hope of zipping. The 10 fit but it was snug and I felt like I was spilling out of it. I sized up yet another time to a 12 and I felt too covered and it was giving matronly. This was a big miss for me and a disappointment because I’ve been searching for fit and flare dresses!

So Cute! Fits great. I'm 5'8 , 147lbs. Athletic build. This fit perfectly!
