[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really loved this off the shoulder top in a stretchy black fabric. The size XL was definitely fitted on me but it fits everywhere it should. I am a little concerned it will become a crop top after washing as I have a larger chest but I think it will still work with high waisted bottoms. I actually really liked how this paired with the longer skirt, which is also sold by Target. I received an incentive to write this review.

The medium fit well, therefore, I believe this top fits true to size. The material is more of a T-shirt type of material, the top portion of this top has lace all the way around and the front has a small bow. When I opened the package I was surprised at how amazing the quality was. The material is thick, and buttery soft. It reminds me of the more expensive brand basics. I love the sweet little bow detail in the front, as it softens the look. I am usually a women’s size small, but I sized up to a medium because this is a juniors brand. Super cute, the fabric feels great and it's just tight enough to support the girls if u don't have a strapless bra. The lace and bow detail is so cute too!
