Women's Maxi Jumpsuit - A New Day™

Love the fit of this jumpsuit!! The length is perfect, there isn’t any bagginess in the chest area, it doesn’t show off unflattering areas, it cinches in the waist a bit, and did I mention it has pockets?! For context: I ordered a 4X. Fitting Target’s 4X clothes is hit or miss sometimes. Most of the time they’re too small as I actually wear a 5X, and a size 6 at Torrid. I’m 400 lbs, 5’9”, 54D bra size, and I have an apron belly. This jumpsuit is the perfect fit for me!

Zipper broke first time I tried to wear it. Fit is great but zipper is terrible

I bought this jumpsuit and loved it but realized the zipper was broken when I got home. I exchanged for another and that zipper broke after 1 time wearing it!

This has so much potential but the zipper is far too small and hard to zip to make this a feasible outfit. Once you’re in it, there’s no getting out by yourself! Fabric was a nice weight and it looked really sharp, but unfortunately couldn’t keep it bc of the zipper situation.

Loved the quality fabric however it just didn’t fit me right, xs too small, small the straps were too big… otherwise great outfit

SO comfy and flattering. Fits like a glove! I normally wear XS-S, usually S but the XS works for me. I’m 5’5” and ~125lb. High end look and good quality. And I got it on sale!!

Was super flattering but the zipper is IMPOSSIBLE. Don’t buy it.

It’s a super cute style; and a nice thicker material that lends to a classier look. It’s definitely too warm for a hot summer/fall day, but could be manageable as long as you don’t sweat at the drop of a hat like I do. The pockets are a nice addition, but unfortunately they end up popping out a bit when you’re wearing it, which gives your silhouette from the front a weird look. The straps are a bit too loose which is frustrating because that means my bra is constantly sticking out & I have to adjust it all the time. All that being said, clearly I could overlook the heavier material weight, the pocket issue, and the straps that are a bit too loose, because it fit the bill otherwise, and these were all little things that I weren’t deal breakers… So why am I only giving this one star then? Because apparently the two times I got it zipped up & down when I tried it on at the store before I bought it was all the piece of junk zipper had in it, and as I zipped it up while getting dressed for my grandpas funeral, it broke. Yeah. Spent $40 on a jumpsuit that I didn’t even get to wear once, not to mention the anxiety, panic & additional stress of trying to figure out what else I could wear for the funeral at the last minute.

This jumpsuit looks so great on. Yes, there is an issue with the zipper and I contemplated whether or not to keep it but it’s so flattering and looks high end that it’s worth it to me to struggle with the zipper for a few minutes. I’m 5’ 0” and I do need a heel or a wedge or the pant is too long. I originally ordered a large but exchanged it for a medium as I was swimming in the large. (155 lbs for reference)

Super cute but ran small.

This feels and looks expensive. However, the zipper gets stuck midway, just as many other reviewers mentioned. The straps are also loose, and the leg parts are ridiculously long, making it seem like this jumpsuit is meant for people who are 5'6" and taller. Despite its stylish appearance, the fit and functionality need improvement.

This jumpsuit fits amazing, especially if you have an hourglass figure. Snug in all the right places, but isn't skin tight on your legs. I have a really large bust and the large still fit me perfect.

This is such a cute and comfortable outfit. I am very self conscious after 5 kids about my body and I feel great it in. A little too thick for hot summers but nice for cool summer nights and the rest of the year. Goes great with heels or a a pair of cute sandals

Love the style and fit I am 5'4 ordered a L and i am pleased with how it fits my disproportion body I have a hard time dising outfit that make look good and feel comfortable due to me being bigger at the chest and back are and slim from the hips down This makes my body look and feel like everything is where it needs to be The fabric is a bit heavy for summer time but it's just right for a special occasion with some heels

I'm 5'1 and this hit perfect for me length-wise. The zipper is a bit troublesome to deal with, but I'll deal with it since I can never find jumpsuits that are cut the short girls. I bought the black jumpsuit, but tried on both colors (ie. White). I tend to buy things in pairs (Hello fellow Geminis!) and I SOOOO wanted to buy the white one, but the material was extremely see-through! I wish I could have tried it in a size up, but unfortunately there was not one available at my Target, maybe a looser fit is less see-through? Regardless, I'm loving the black jumpsuit and plan to get as much wear out of it as possible.

I also had the zipper issue. I’m actually only reviewing to give a little insight on how to help with the problem. I noticed it was sticking at the area where the top and bottoms are coming together. So what I did was safety pined that area to give it some more stability. This made the zipper much easier. It’s not perfect but definitely better. I would think if you stitched it there it might be even better. Adding a pic of where I safety pined.

Comfy and cute. Will look nice with a blazer

The fabric is nice and thick but the zipper is a pain to zip and unzip! So sad to return because it is flattering and so cute!
