Snags on everything...not worth the hassle

I loved this dress so much, but I returned it. It hugged my curves in all the right ways, the length was perfect, the neckline, the slit, the color... It was amazing. I don't typically like longer dresses on me, but this one, I couldn't stop looking at myself in the mirror when I tried it on. The problem is, this is almost a $40 dress. It is not worth $40. The dress arrived with about 20 flaws in the fabric. I was able to fix them. But, every single time I would try the dress on, I would notice more snags, despite the fact that I hadn't really worn it at all and that it had been sitting folded up in a spot where absolutely nothing could snag it while I decided if I was going to keep it. Really, the dress seemed like if you looked at it wrong, or for just a little too long, it was going to fall apart on you. So because it's $40, I brought it back.

Snagged in several different spots right out of the box

The material of this dress appears nice but somehow snags. I ordered online and received a dress that was damaged, it had snags on several areas of the dress. Target.com asked if I wanted a $5 gift card for my trouble or would I prefer a replacement dress. Well I chose a replacement (who wouldn’t) vs $5 and a snagged dress?? The replacement dress arrived and it was more torn up than the first.. Cute dress Terrible Material.. May need to be taken off the shelf and offline.

This item pulls way too easily. Will be returning. Wore for a couple hours and can’t imagine long term wear. Cute fit and true to size.

Love it! Very flattering :). The knit is prone to snag… but, definitely a value for the price.

Dress did have a hole that I’m assuming came from snagging on something before I bought it. I wear a black bodysuit underneath and it is not really noticeable. This dress really shows off my curves and I just love its vibe.

This is one of those dresses that I HAD to see what all the fuss was about. I was pleasantly surprised at how cute it is on, don’t let the scratch fabric scare you. You do have to wear proper undergarments (I chose shapewear) and looks great. I did take out one star for the scratchy fabric and it does pull on just about everything. Another suggestion is to go up a size. Have not washed it yet.

I haven’t even been able to even wear this yet and it already has a giant hole in it! Not worth buying. Don’t waste your money like I did. Too sensitive of material.

Absolutely 100% a yes on all fronts with this dress. I decided to size down and did not regret it, though I could probably fit my normal size as well. The material is heavy but not warm, not see through and the adjustable straps make it that much better.

This dress is beautiful! The crochet/woven material has a cozy feeling while still being breezy for summer. It’s very flattering and bump friendly. I would say it is true to size. However, this dress snags on everything and that’s why I’m not giving it 5 stars. The snags are easy enough to tuck and pull to the inside of the dress to hide them. I’m definitely keeping the dress, but will probably not be wearing it on days where I know I’ll be moving around a lot just because of the snagging factor.

I wore this dress once and it snagged on EVERYTHING. I may have one more wear out of the dress before it had to be retired and that’s a shame because it is gorgeous.

The three stars are for the style and colors, it’s so in! But if you look at this dress wrong it snags. I got it home to try on and it had two snags already. Not great quality, but very on trend!
