I had to give it several weeks to give a honest review. I did notice more energy and also dropped a few pounds since taking. I will purchase a bottle to see if this is truly from using these. As far as helping menopausal symptoms, I am not convinced it did a whole lot. At best, it took the edge off. I'm not a huge fan of the pill size, I find them hard to swallow, It would be better if they were capsules. Overall, these are worth a try, Everybody reacts differently to supplements. It can't hurt to give them a try!

I like to take a probiotic because a happy gut leads to a happy mind in my opinion. However, I did experience some mild gastrointestinal discomfort but nothing major. I did not see any difference with it being a menopausal branded supplement and I don’t think it should be advertised as such.

I can say I didn't taste the product as I pop and swallow my pills first thing. The color as you can see is a rusty orange guess that is turmeric. I will also say the ingredients are not very easy to read, the font is small and not very easily read. The one month supply also is not easy to decide what to think of the product. I feel the same so can't give an honest review if it works.

Doesn’t cause noxious burps. The ingredients are beneficial not only with the probiotics but also with the turmeric (great antioxidant). Wish the pill was a bit smaller.

I like the list of ingredients and these are all supposed to be helpful for symptoms. I’ve been taking these for 2 weeks now and I haven’t noticed a change in hot flashes or sleep improvement. I do think the pre and probiotics are good for my overall health.
