It’s a regular rise not high rise, but you can totally adjust as needed and wear it higher or lower. The skirt is tiered and there are a couple ruffles. The material is nice and soft. It’s a cotton and viscose blend. There’s a matching top you can purchase to make it a set. I’m normally a large and ordered the large. It fits true to size. I normally wear a size Xsmall in women’s clothes. The fabric on this skirt is lightweight and super comfortable so it’s perfect for warmer weather. I really love that it hits mid thigh on me. The floral print is cute and elegant at the same time. The off white color gives you opportunities to match this skirt with different tops. The skirt is super lightweight and thin but the added layers and ruffles make it non see through. It seems to run true to size! I am 5’4” and weigh 115 pounds wearing a size small for reference. Completely see through! You can see undergarments underneath. Also very light, good for summer but will blow up in the wind!
