Women's Muck Arctic Ice Tall + Vibram Arctic Grip A.T. Boot, ASVTA100, Black

I have owned many winter boots, and knew that these were what my girlfriend needed.

My husband got these for me last Christmas since we spend a lot of time outside with our animals and we live in a colder part of the country. These started splitting last year along the seam, letting in water. This year, they have cracked further, letting in more water. I was very excited about these boots and I am disappointed they haven’t lasted. I thought Muck boots were known for durability.

Not sure why the reviews are negative. These keep me safe in extreme snow conditions. I have been wearing them for 5 years while shoveling/plowing snow and driving in severe conditions. The Vibram snow is excellent for harsh winter conditions.

I purchased my boots in August 2023. Loved them till I didn't. The back of the boots where the ankle and foot bend are cracked and leaking. That's too bad, because finally I found a pair of boots that didn't give me blisters on my heals. Now very disappointed. Way overpriced.

I bought my boots one year ago and they were fantastic until water started leaking in the back of one boot. I was shocked to see that the backs of both boots where the ankle meets the foot bed had cracked from side to side. I've never written a bad review before but felt compelled to warn other folks that these are not reliable. Muck boot needs to go back to the drawing board on this one.

Slightly big but ok if you wear thicker socks, then perfect.

I love these boots, water proof, stands up to the freezing cold and I don'tt have to take them off at security. I wonder if a steel toe version can be made available? That would be the ultimate for women working outdoors. I found the legs held on tight and I'm a half size so I took a 9 with room in the foot- I just used thicker cotton or wool ankle socks and I was snug as a bug.

I bought these boots over a year ago and they are amazing! We’re a bit stiff at first but after a few wears the worked in a bit and are better than ever. I wear them fishing in the winter and feel no temperature difference while I’m in the river which is awesome. I’ve worn them in mild fall and spring conditions along with -35 Celsius snowy & icy conditions and I couldn’t wish for a better boot. My husband was so jealous that he ordered the same pair in mens and absolutely loves his too. Highly recommend to anyone! I will be purchasing another pair in the mid height soon as I am so happy!

Love them! The right fit, and keeps the snow out! You can tuck in jeans easily and slip them on quick!

Bought these to try bc my feet are always cold in every boot. They stay nice and toasty even when I'm ice fishing in these. Comfortable enough to walk in too.

I bought these in Sept 2021. I love these boots. I wore them every day. Comfy and kept my feet warm. BUT, by August the entire sole on each boot was coming off. I re-glued them, but today one ripped completely off. I need to buy another pair now with winter setting in, but I'm going to see if I can find a better option. You would think for as expensive as these are, they would be of better quality and last more than one year!

I wish I never bought these. Shipping took ages to get to me. When they did arrive finally I had high expectations. Just got back from a hunt in 19 degrees and I can't feel my toes. Sat for 3 hours and had to get down from the deer stand because of the pain from the cold in my feet. Extremely disappointed!

within 10 months these boots stat to fall apart. The second pair I was careful to keep clean but that didn't do anything to extend their life beyond a single season. So disappointing. a boot with holes is neither warm no water proof.

My first pair of Muck Boots lasted years... Moving forward I have bought a pair every year for the past three years in a row and only get one winter season out of them (about 4-5 months) before they crack at the heel and are no longer waterproof. They are comfortable boots but our family is moving on to boots that last! Lost our business.

I bought these boots when I was preparing for a contract job in Antarctica. I have worn these boots every single day, out and about at McMurdo Station and in the office for 4 months so far. These boots are toasty, unbelievably comfortable, light, and I have NEVER slipped in these boots. Next year before I head to Antarctica I am going to buy another pair.

I bought these last year before winter came(2021) I love them but the ice grip does not work well. I still slip when shoveling and hiking. also something seems a bit off with the inside stitching. I can feel it in one boot. But I will manage with it, it don’t hurt:) I did have the artic sport that lasted me about 6 years(which I thought was wonderful, best boot ever!) I hope these hold up as well!

I love the fit of these boots and the warmth in the winter, however, after one year the rubber where the toe flexes cracked and split. No longer water and mud proof. Wish they lasted longer.

If you're considering spending money on these boots because of the temperature claims, save your money. They do not live up to their claims. I was told to wear warmer socks by a customer rep. I grew up living through Canadian winters, I wear warm socks!

I bought my Arctic Grip boots a little over a year ago so this Winter is my second season wearing them. Until this Winter they were the warmest, and most comfortable Winter work boots I had ever owned, but this year they began to develop cracks in the toe area and in the back above my ankle. The cracks started small and I tried to fix them as suggested, but they have gotten much bigger and now snow and water are leaking into my boot when I am out. I was hoping this was just a defective pair, but notice several other reviews indicating that their boots have done the same things. These are way too expensive to only be able to use them for one season. I am going to try another model to see if the high volume of wear was just too much for the Arctic Grip, but if this happens again I will have to find a new brand. I can't afford to replace my boots every Winter.

I absolutely loved these boots when I got them just over a year ago! They keep my feet nice and warm, they are super comfortable, and the toe area is nice and wide. My feet can get hot and sweaty with just one pair of socks on - which is fine until I take them off and they stay kind of damp for a couple hours after. That is not so nice. They are hard to get off (even still a year later!) but the tightness keeps the snow out of them. The problem I have is that both boots developed a crack/tear in the crease line of the boot (the part that would kind of wrinkle if you were to go on your toes). The crack is on the side of the boot -not the top. They haven't started leaking and I fixed them with Aquaseal as recommended. I don't think they should wear out like that considering the cost of the boot. I can't afford to buy a new pair of boots every year. I do wear them multiple times each day but I wouldn't call it above normal use.
