Q: Can they shrink after wash?
A: Either wash option is fine. They should not shrink either way. Do not machine dry these, hang them up to dry.
submitted byTimtheShoeGuySkechers - 3 years agoA: If you wash these, we recommend hand washing using mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth. Hang up to allow to air dry. They should not shrink if you follow those instructions.

Q: I am a young 60 years old. I’ve tried several pairs of shoes including sketchers and still have discomfort on the top of my foot and inside arch. Would you recommend these. I like to walk but the pain in my feet is stopping me
A: Customers review these as fitting well and feeling comfortable.
submitted byTimtheShoeGuySkechers - 7 months agoA: I can relate - same age, same issues. I’ve had these shoes a couple years and they are very comfortable. If you are a 1/2 size, be sure to round up. I did not and as soon as my feet swelled a bit, everything felt uncomfortable. I managed through that issue by using the shoes as slides, and just stepping onto the heel back. Is it easy to wash in the washing machine just be sure to hand dry. As much as I wear these shoes, the Insel has gone flat and I’m here looking at replacing them.
submitted byKayess - 7 months agoA: hello! i have been having the same pain on the top of my foot. The podiatrist said it’s probably a bone spur on the top of my foot and a nerve that runs along there is irritated. He suggested a better shoe like a Hoka or Asics and orthotics. Good luck
