The skirt is flexible to wear and it has two frontal special designed pockets. The upper part of the skirt has elastic waistband which enable the user to easily take the skirt off and on. It is also quite comfortable and the skirt complements well with any type of tops. My measurements are Bust 36, Waist 29, and I am 5ft 2in. I would highly recommend this mini skirt. The rib waist is comfy and can be folded in half. This skirt looked like it would need a good press or steam. The fabric is stiff and the skirt is quite short. It sat more in the hips than the waist and it did make me look bigger because of this and the pleats. It was well constructed. i am wearing a size Medium and i normally wear an 8 and it was big on me and I think I would fit a size Snall better. I received an incentive to write this review. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The skirt was not a winner for several reasons. First of all, I ordered a size large is my typical size. While the length seemed right for the skirts, the waist was very loose and one little tug, and that whole skirt is falling off. Secondly, the fabric of the skirt was very stiff and uncomfortable . Also, the pockets on the front had a weird look to them. It made me question if I was wearing the skirt backwards. I received an incentive to write this review.
