It's an effective, healthier, version of TUMS. I do like the product, as it's not chalky, but I do not like this flavor. It's very subtle but has a weird tropical taste to it; hard to explain unless you try it yourself.
Natural Flavours....hmmm. Whats hidden in that??

Just plain mint or another simple flavor would be fine. The product did help with my heartburn better than most OTC medicines. Mine is severe enough that I require prescription medication but if you have milder heartburn then I recommend giving this product a try.
