Q: It list soldering - does that mean you can use this as a soldering iron for stain glass?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is handy, his favorite thing to do is twiddle with wood. He has made his own duck calls, turkey calls, and deer calls from our garage. He didn’t have a wood burner and I thought this would be an awesome gift for him. He absolutely loved it. He surprised me with a wine box he made from scratch where he had burned in a sweet note to me. He also added some white paint to have it stand out better. Great product and easy to use for a beginner. I didn’t watch him use the device, but he has no burns on him and didn’t tell me that he hurt himself so I would say this is a safe product

I love how easy it is to use. You can change the tips easily. It works on several different materials, not just wood. I definitely recommend it.

The instructions were clear and the tool is easy to use. I do wish the temperature control had degrees listed. The instructions helped me navigate the temperature settings for the materials. The burner also heated up fairly quickly. I’m pretty impressed with this set.

Press it down lightly!!! The harder you pressed, the more you follow grain lines. It's definitely a fun crafting tool to have!
