Q: No matter what folders I try to hang on rods, they all drag and stick along the rods, while sticking and catching and jaggedly pulling the foil coating that came on the rods themselves. What folders are you supposed to use inside this?
A: spray some wax funiture spay on cloth and polish the rods/ they will slide easy. could be rods a little dry. this will help

Q: Hi there, can this fit legal size paper inside the box without bending the legal paper? (8.5" x 14")
A: This file box has two metal rods securely fixed to either interior side (left & right) of the wood box. The metal rods perfectly and securely hold letter-size hanging folders with about 8.25” of depth (front to back) for storage. The files slide perfectly on the metal rods. Legal-size hanging folders will not fit.
