Q: Is the lavender scent very strong? Some litters have scents that are overpowering and smell artificial.

A: The smell is strong but I personally prefer this litter to all other cat litters. It does not smell artificial as compared to other litters The smell does emanate through small places though. I notice the smell on my clothes when I travel somewhere else, which I think that happens with all litters in small spaces. I highly recommend this litter .

For households that are particularly sensitive to scent, the natural oil in our formula dissipates slightly over time so the scent will not overpower the room but rest assured that if the fragrance lessens our litter will still perform as it always has!
submitted byWBCL - 6 years agoBrand expertA: The scent doesn't seem to bother us or our cats, although each individual may have a different experience... try it, you may like it... another suggestion if you find it a bit strong, we mix the purple (lav scented) with the green (non-scented)...
submitted byTiger and Scott - 7 years agoA: I have read reviews on other sites that say the scent is strong. I ordered a bag and you can smell the scent but I didn't find it overwhelming at all. I have the litter box in a small room and it just gives off pleasant scent. I recommend it.

This is the best litter I've ever used. I love that I can put the litter box right next to my toilet and scoop and toss the tight clumps right into the toilet and flush.

I’ve tried other brands and I didn’t like any of them. Then I found this one and it is just perfect for our cats. Not only does it have a scent that I like but it clumps together very well and is flushable for septic tanks.
cats won’t use anything but this product.

We typically use multiple cat or unscented. However, we bought this because the store was out of the others. My cat won’t use a box with this litter in it. It has a strong scent.

I started using the lavender scent after having used the original litter for several years. I was pleased with the original formula but wanted to try the scented product. I was pleased with the scent I have continued to purchase it. I love how it clumps which makes it so easy to scoop and the scent is very pleasing. No dust issues to worry about either. World's Best mesures up as the best litter I have ever used for my 14 year old tabby!

I have been using this scent for my two brother cats for over three years. The boys love the texture. Its a easy clean up, not too clumping litter. The lavender scent is fantastic and lingers for days. I usually purchase the biggest bag available!!

I've been buying this for years, and it is truly one of the best out there. I like the Lavender scent, which many stores don't carry. It clumps VERY well and is not super heavy. There is a bit of dust, which is why I deducted one star, but other than that it's pretty perfect.

Lavender is both calming for my cat, Sebastian, AND me. The scent is just enough not to put him nor me into a comatose state of such utter stress-lessness! More serenely, we get up and do our daily tasks so we can both effectively serve each other in a wonderful mother-cat kind of relationship.

If your fed up with that stinky old litter that seems to leave more dust on a daily basis than to clump properly then you should try this litter by World's Best cat litter. It smells amazing and really does help hide the unpleasant scents that nobody likes. It's cat approved and is dust free so it clumps much better.

The lavender formula World’s best cat litter is my favorite. I love the fragrance and only order this litter. No other litter even compares. It is easy for me to scoop, it lasts longer than any other litter I have tried and it is a natural product and better for my cats. It is absolutely the best litter!
