Description
Introducing the all-new second generation Switchdriver 2.0 2-in-1 Drill/Driver. The original 20V Switchdriver has been a top selling Worx tool for years, but this new NITRO version takes the Switchdriver to the next level. New features and improvements include a powerful brushless motor, that offers 25% more power, 50% greater run time, and 10% longer life of the tool. Also featuring a new intelligent design interface with a digital keypad that allows you to quickly change torque settings (1-9) and adjust work mode between drilling and driving. This new version is also lighter and offers 442 in-lbs. of torque compared to the original version with 256 in-lbs. of torque. The variable speed trigger offers complete control and easy starting and the 2-speed gearbox allows for more advanced drilling and driving applications like driving longer lag bolts and drilling wider holes. The slim, ergonomic design with GripZone micro-texture allows for optimum comfort and reduced user fatigue. The new version features the same ¼” dual rotating chuck that made the Switchdriver one of the most innovative and useful Worx tools of all time. The 20V battery that powers this drill is the same battery that powers every lifestyle, outdoor power, and power tool in the Worx Power Share family. It feels very sturdy when using and the battery life is great! I personally don’t have a drill and always had to borrow others so this is very convenient to receive! It’s very simple to use as well!

This drill is great for small/medium jobs around the home. It is amazingly convenient to switch bits so easily. I can drill the hole, then drive the screw, without fiddling with changing bits. You just squeeze, flip, and drill on.

My ex wife's dad let me borrow this tool for just one evening and I am amazed by the flexibility that this tool has and the feel of the tool in hand . Its well built , and it ran down fifty two inch wood screws. Without changing the battery pack. Going to pick one up payday.

I bought 2 of the switchdrivers and both don't go in reverse. Maybe for a turn or 2 and then they it just locks. I was looking forward to this drill and it's useless without reverse.

This is the second drill of this type I have had and it is excellent for drilling and driving it is so easy to switch from drilling to driving no need for two separate drills

I purchased my first Switchdrive years ago when they first came out and loved it from the start, a time saver and so convienant. A month ago I purchased a new switchdrive because my granddaughter wanted my old one, I couldnt say no. My new Switchdrive is so much more powerful. No second thoughts about this purchase. This is a mush have tool in your shop if you are a wood worker like myself.
