Description
Never pay for the cost of spools over the lifetime of your qualifying Worx trimmer. That’s how excited we are about the DNA2 DoubleHelix cutting line. We want you to have as many as you need, and to tell others about its aerodynamic design, which makes for cleaner cuts. Sharper cuts encourage growth, so you’re going to have the healthiest lawn on the block. Each spool comes pre-wound, so you can just pop it into your trimmer and get to work. Each spool contains 10 feet of string, and so each 6 pack we send has 60 feet of line. Trim and edge as much as you want, we’ll make more. This DoubleHelix line is only 0.065” thick yet has over 100 lbs of tensile strength. That thin diameter means it can be spun faster, and its solid construction tears through thicker grass.
These spools are compatible with over 25 of our 20V and 32V trimmer and edger models. It even works with one of our 40V trimmers. So go ahead, order more spools, you’ve earned them.

one spool failed by sticking and breaking. would not extend without stopping and opening then flew out of the trimmer. Put in another spool and inwas working fine. The first spool probably almost trimmed 20 feet.

The batteries for my Weedwhacker last maybe half an hour if I’m lucky and that’s with two of them. Not the two hours that they claim in their advertising. I tried to order the free string spools that they advertise. And it won’t let me. I’m very disappointed.

Ive had my weed wacker for 10 years never any issues until the last 2 sets of spools ive gotten! The spools don't last one time around my yard anymore! I use to use 1 spool 5 times around my yard! What type of plastic are you using now that it breaks off so easily? I am not a happpy customer. Unfortunately I just talked my friend into getting one last year and now these horrible spools are constantly breaking. Please go back to what you were using before!!! THANK YOU

Last pack of spools I received have been awful. 2nd time I ended up with this happening. See picture, 3rd spool just broke off and is tangled within the spool. Been a customer for many years and never had any problem such as this. Have to assume I received a defective pack. Not looking for a refund but would like a replacement, disappointing to say the least.

Please note that the general public does understand that anything advertised as "free" should be "free". If we have to pay something to get the product then it is NOT FREE! It looks like your company is actually recovering the cost of the spools by jacking up the shipping fees. I like the product but really if your company intends it to be free then it should be free.

I have been using work trimmer for a few years and it appears that their quality control has been degressing. Almost every spool I recently purchased is wound so they cannot self feed. I have to remove the spool and pull the line to release it. Very disappointing and aggravating. I’m thinking of purchasing a different trimmer from another manufacturer. This is just unacceptable.

I love how they trim but with the new one, which is about 2-3 yrs old, I can't keep the wheels on. I keep tightening the screw but it is in a position that makes it difficult. Very frustrating.

I have two trimmers and a lot of property so my daughter and I can do the edging together, so I think it’s a load of crap that they have no problem selling me two edgers but I can only get enough spools for one. As much as I love all the worx tools I have and I have six of them this has made me mad enough that I am seriously considering changing brands just because I have to buy more spools at I think is a ridiculous price because I will be out soon because of all the rain we’re getting in our area. Two of my last order of six spools did this! The line breaks then I can't get it to unwind so I can use the rest. It's like it's glued down. It's very frustrating. Not happy! Now I have to wait for my next order to arrive to finish weed eating.

I have been using these spools for my Worx trimmer for a couple of years. This last bunch that they sent are terrible. They keep coming unwound and sending out maga amounts of line, which gets wrapped around the head. It’s not .65 diameter line, which is probably part of the problem. I love this weed eater, very sad that they have decided to go cheap on the line!
