I am able to keep two batteries ready to go on my blower and weed eater whenever needed. I would caution to keep cord extended just enough to reach battery connection so as not to get hung on anything.

Lightening must have struck nearby causing a power surge that 'fried" the battery charger for the Worx trimmer. At the time it was connected to a battery. I was concerned the battery may have been damaged as well, but it survived the surge. I replaced the charger and everything is working fine.

Previous chargers just quit working after a good while. I have to have them for my batteries there are no options. I reluctantly recommend them.

I own three 20v. Batteries that I interchange with my worx tools. Great feature and can easily be inserted onto the tool. Once it connected it locks in and you don’t have to worry about it falling off or becoming lose.
