Woven Diamond Area Rug - Threshold™

This rug is so lovely, especially for the price. It's plush and the pattern adds interest without being busy. BUT. The color is WAY off. I ordered the brown and what I got is a strange gray. I imagine this color being named 'mushroom.' It's got a slight brownish hue to it, but it's definitely a shade of gray. I kept it because I got it on sale and I like everything else about it, but be aware that the "brown" looks nothing like the photo.

Definitely perfect for my living room, just needed to air out-- I threw some baking soda on it and vacuumed a few times. That helped. The smell went away and it is just so soft and pretty. Highly recommend.

I love this rug...and I'm not going to lie, but I'm *surprised* at how much I love it. I ordered brown, but saw the reviews after of the gray aspect and honestly, I'm not mad at it. It is gray-ish...for more accuracy, it's more of a "mushroom" like a warm gray. And it has this effect where rubbing it one way makes it a darker hue, and rubbing the other direction gives it a beige-y look. So overall it has this beautiful look just being the color it is, but also having those variations. And its soft...like...soft; i wasn't expecting that. The pattern is smaller than I thought too, but it looks great. The lines of the pattern blend in well so the pattern is really due to the different pile lengths...like that too. I'm just really loving this rug. Just know that its more a brownish-gray than a grayish-brown...but its a great dark neutral. It makes me so curious about the beige now...if you guys buy that one, please review and post photos.

Hard to assign a rating... The rug appears to be a good quality rug and lovely in its own regard. 3 star rating due to it not matching the photo or customer photos as other reviews have mentioned. Additionally, one of the questions speaks to the color differences being attributed to different pile heights but that was not the case for the rug I received. My rug had the same design in beige with an ivory background. I was hoping for a monochromatic rug with varying pile heights and ivory or beige would have worked, but this rug is very clearly dyed two different colors. Will have to return.

This rug is wonderful, softer than expected.

Very pretty. As others have said, the beige is lighter than it appears on the screen. It still works, though, because the variations caused by the pattern make the rug appear a bit multi-toned, rather than solid. Soft, too, but definitely needs a rug pad.

I ordered the grey knowing it could be the cocoa brown shown or grey, like the name of the color shown. For me, I was compelled to purchase it because of the value and I kept my fingers crossed it was actually grey. It is grey - and I love it! I have included a picture which, I hope, shows it clearly as my tile, sofa and console are brown. (The walls will be painted another color soon:) The quality exceeds anything I could have hoped for. And, I cannot emphasize how soft this rug is. My other area rug is a shag and nowhere near this soft. The first time someone walks on it, their eyes light up! I was planning on ordering a rug pad because it goes right over tile - another $150 I was expecting - but it doesn't need it at all. It is a handsome rug and I am so pleased with the high quality. I highly recommend it. (My dog loves it, too!)

Like other reviews, I was disappointed to find out the rug does not look like the photos on the website. I bought the beige color, as I thought the brown may be too dark for the room, and the beige is much lighter than shown. I bought this rug specifically because i thought the darker beige would be good for dogs/spills. This rug is very light and does not fit in with the room at all and will very easily shown anything that gets on it. Very misleading and deceiving.

This rug looks great--perhaps a bit lighter than the photo shows (I got beige) but nice-looking. It's very soft. Reason for a 3-Star rating? It has a very strong chemical smell which is still present after five days of airing out on my deck. I'm considering returning the rug due to the smell but it's such a pain returning things. If you are at all sensitive to chemical smells, do not get this rug.

The woven rug in a neutral beige with a light pattern is wonderful. The rug is very soft to the touch.

The medium pile and chromatic shade of this rug would lend an air of soft sophistication to any room, but especially in a living area.

Solid color for the most part. It has a plush high/low pile and a contemporary geometric design. Simple but offers sophistication. Very soft to the touch. I would like this a living area.

I love the texture of the Creedence - Biege rug. It is very soft and would work perfectly for families with kids.

I love the depth and softness to the Creedence - Beige rug. While simple in pattern, the rug has enough character to make it a great addition to a nursery or other rooms.

The Creedance - Beige rug highlights a cream tone and would look fantastic in a bedroom suite.

I love this rug! It’s so beautiful, the only thing that I didn’t like much but now I don’t care is the color in the pictures it looks brownish but it’s actually a grey silvery color lol but it looks great my 5 year old loves it

I was particularly looking for a soft polyester rug but this one is not as soft as I thought. It feels like the regular polyurethane rug. I also do not like the stiff banding which makes the rug looks cheap. The color is not modern either. Very very average and it’s quite expensive. So I returned it.

I ordered this rug in the "Gray" color, based on the color that the rug looks in the photo. It arrived early and nicely packaged. However, the color is not at all like the photo on-line. I was a bit confused by the color name and the photo, since the color looked much warmer, nearly a brown, with a faintly diamond outline in darker gray in the photo, yet the color was listed as "Gray". Well, the rug is actually medium to light gray - more in the "greige" family - with a medium-dark gray diamond outline. So, not at all a warm tan/brown tone as the photo makes it seem. So, trust the color name, and not the color in the photo! I did not even open/unroll the rug to see how it looked, so can't comment on other aspects of the rug. Wasn't really sure what to rate it, as it's really just an issue with the photo they have online.
