I bought the TRX4500 in November. It was easy to set up. I needed to do some troubleshooting and contacted customer service. Shelly was super responsive and very helpful via email and phone. She was friendly and thorough throughout the process. Shelly helped me resolve my issue quickly. I would recommend Xterra for the customer service alone.

I love the treadmill. The box was a mess, but everything was ok inside. There should be much better assembly instructions and more people to answer the customer service phone. This was impossible for one person to put together. 3 1/2 hours later, I have a nice treadmill for my small space.

This treadmill is exactly as described, both on the Target website and various video reviews. This treadmill is a great piece of home equipment and is in keeping with the price point...not cheaply constructed but not gym/industrial quality. I especially like the fact that it doesn't have the frills of just about every other treadmill I researched, but has more selection options for speed and incline that those others...exactly for what I was looking. ...Delivery was horrible, with the box being torn open and internals showing. Fortunately, the treadmill was intact and undamaged.
