I got this to replace the old one that's in the pic next to it and even tho I measured it, it's smaller than expected. The poles are about half the width of the ones on the old tree and the sisal areas are far a few between. It's also quite wobbly. It comes with a way to secure it to the wall but with a cat tree this size it SHOULDN'T need it. My biggest cat (11 lbs and super long) fits in the bigger top house perfectly, but the rest is a little small. My kitten will fit perfectly on it. Beware that it comes in a million pieces! lol
That flat area is the only place my cats fit

This is for kittens not cats I honestly didn’t look at the measurements just the picks and my full grown cats can’t navigate it too small and if they jump onto it it falls over as it’s not sturdy enough for a full grown active cat maybe for kittens or a senior cat My fault but didn’t think cat tree meant kitten tree

Both of my cats are small, around 10 lbs and they definitely use it. One thing that I don’t like is that they never use the little compartments. Maybe it’s just my cats but they aren’t fans.

Easy to assemble, very cute, I love the material it's not carpet but something else, very nice! She loves her tree and the little hiding spots.
