A: There is no easier way to recliner, because the foot rest is connected to with the back. When foot rest up, the back is down.

Q: Can you put the foot rest up the whole way (horizontal) without the back going down? If I want my feet up but don’t want to lay down, is that possible with this chair?

A: No. The foot rest is connected to with the back. So foot rest is up, and the back is down.

A: The recliner needs to be forced by external force. Normally, when users sit up, the footstool will be down by the external force, and the back will rebound together.

i am absolutely obsessed with this recliner! it’s on the smaller end but it’s perfect to add some extra seating that’s also comfy! a great price & easy assembly! my only issue is that after the cat sat on it one time, there are already claw marks so idk if that’s a cat problem or a material problem lol

Difficult to recline. Does not stay reclined at any point. Short footrest length. Made for a short, thin person. Fairly comfortable. Too soon to tell on pleather fabric durability. But, can’t beat the price for any recliner! I purchased for leg elevation of fractured foot. With pillow added to footrest, it works just fine.

Dangerous… The chair back gets stuck most of the time. We cannot use it because when you push down the footboard to recline the backside will sometimes click then fall backwards. Making you fall to the ground!!! Have contacted the manufacturer with no response :(

Bought a pair of these recliners for our screened on porch for our camper. They are comfortable, sturdy and a perfect size for our needs. I saw in other reviews that they are probably not for a tall person, but my husband is 6ft tall and is very comfortable. For the price-these were perfect! Highly recommend these! (We bought the brown ones)

This is a smaller size chair. I am about 5 feet 6 inches tall and if I were much taller I think my legs would extend too far off for this chair. My head sits exactly in the middle of the head rest. I wanted a comfortable chair to sit while reading a couple hours a day and I think this will work well.

I'm an author with spinal problems. I have to sit in front of my computer for hours at a time. I also need my feet up. My husband bought castors and screwed them into the bottom. Now I can slide in and out with little effort. The quality is good and it's comfortable for my spine. I love the headrest. I recommend this chair and the small modifications to those with handicaps. It would also make a good small chair for a bedroom.
