Yaheetech Convertible L-Shaped Sofa Bed with Chaise & USB & Type-C Ports

I really liked it, easy to assemble well comfortable.

I ordered this as a gift for my parents . The sofa is perfect for a small apt living room . The service from target sucked. First the do not allow you to order online and ship to another location. So my parents had to go in store to order it. Then they were forced to use a target gift card which has a $500 limit on it. They were not allowed to use a credit card had to be a gift card which means if they returned it they would have only been given $500 in target store gift card so they would be forced to keep the business there. They were allowed to pay the remaining amount of the purchase with their credit card. Second issue the boxes do not show up together and the shipper is not target so they are not responsible and the shipper only puts one tracking number on 4 boxes . 2 boxes came one day. Two came two days later but in those two days no one knew where the those boxes were or if they existed because the tracking number said it was delivered. Issue number three show 3 colors one line to order none of which were beige . Last I time I checked beige and light grey are not in the same color scheme. . So now they will be forced to get sofa cushions to cover them. Because they would have to pay to ship it back and risk the. Same issue of delivery as mentioned before. However , the sofa itself is great . It was easy to assemble my 80 yr old father did it alone. It is comfortable to sit and lay on. Great storage , sturdy trundle. So if you can get this in store go for it it's worth it but I wouldn't buy from target the way they handle this was unethical.

This was delivered and literally thrown in the yard. Not put ont he deck as requested. Didn't receive all pieces at once. All were thrown in the yard. No care given. Called customer service and they would do nothing. No kind of even partial refund, or even care given for the way it way it was delivered. Will never order from Target again if this is the customer service they give. Very poor. If I could give a minus for Target and their partner I would. Lost a customer for life. Don't stand behind their products.

honestly so uncomfortable. and when you assemble to pull out part, it comes apart anytime you try to get up. wish i could return this but you get what you pay for.

nice quality couch. a little confusing to put together, even for two engineers. the only problem is that we received two couch cushions with our order and not three. tried contacting yaheetech and they aren’t answering.

I have not one gripe with the build quality of this couch. For the price this is exactly something I would expect, but HOLY GUACAMOLE this thing was quite annoying to install. It was nice and easy until the instructions stopped instructioning. It just made no sense. "Put the wheels here." Where? The picture that was showed looked barely like the piece that was labeled. Where they wanted me to put the screws, there were NO screw holes. Better yet they didn't even supply a screwdriver. Not like the screwdriver would really help because you need a drill for this shin dig. My hands hurt from twisting this screw will my dollar tree screwdriver into a solid piece of wood Yaheetech. They also make the last piece nearly impossible to put on yourself so I would recommend switching the pieces around. Do better Yaheetech.

We are very pleasantly surprised by this couch! It is small compared to sectionals and most couches you might find on the sales floor at a furniture store, but it is perfect for our apartment. The assembly was pretty easy, it did take about an hour to complete. The cushions are comfortable, a bit firm. We definitely do not feel the frame underneath. Overall very pleased with our purchase. The only concern I had was with one step in the assembly. When you get to the step where you have to put the wheels underneath the section of the couch that pulls out into a bed, there are no holes that indicate where exactly you need to put the screws in. So it takes a little bit of guess work. It took us a couple of tries to make sure we got the wheel on straight, so that it wouldn’t have trouble sliding out. But honestly it wasn’t very hard. Very happy!

I was excited that the delivery was fast! Unfortunately, 1 or the 4 boxes was not even part of my box it was a cat play set. Couldn’t just have 1 item exchanged, I have to return all 4 boxes to the store and reorder again. Very upsetting when I needed this by this week.

It's a lot smaller than I thought it was gonna be , also came in 3 trips . One day I got 2 boxes , the next day I got another one and the last box took 4 days after the First 2 boxes . My opinion, don't buy it unless it's for a kids play room or something

Don’t waste your time ordering this junk product. I received the couch in the mail broken and sent it back because obviously who would want to spend $730+ on a broken product? The company refuses to accept their broken furniture back and target is absolutely no help at all and refuses to do anything about the situation. Now I’m out of $730 and I don’t even have a broken couch to show for it.

This sofa looks elegent to see and you don't expect many features. However, it also becomes a bed which is great for to accommodate your friends and relatives. It also comes with a drawer where I can store my stuff. One of my best purchases👍👍

I wouldn’t have purchase this couch if I knew that customer service isn’t great with 3rd party sellers through Target. Our couch arrived damage. Requesting pickup to return the couch was very difficult so we couldn’t return the couch. We had no transportation to do so as well which is why we ordered online. 6 months in and the bottom pull out part of the couch has already broke. Poorly built. I feel like we did not get our money’s worth and there is no warranty on this couch.

if you’re looking at this and like but you’re not sure, this is your sign to buy it! I cannot express how beautiful it actually is. I’m very small and not very strong and put it together by myself in less than 20 minutes. It’s so comfortable and sturdy. I love it! But it!!
