So often when you see keto, lo carb, gluten free, etc. it just adds up to no taste and hardly worth eating. This salad greek is the surprising exception. It is truly flavorful and tastes great on salad or on tater tots.

I was surprised by how tasty this salad greek was. I am new to the keto diet and I wanted to adhere closely to what my nutritionist suggested. This greek works well on veggies, fish, and chicken. The price was very close to what I pay for most salad greek s. This keto Greek greek was better than expected. It was definitely a good purchase.
