I am taking the maximum dose every day, 6 tabs a day divided. I went to get my very long hair "trimmed" and she cut off 6"! devastating! well, the hair and nails are growing at a very rapid rate. I also have bone on bone arthritis in my right knee. I do not want joint replacements. My hip also needs replacing. I am falling apart!, I think the collagen is helping a great deal, I just bought mu second bottle as the hair CHOP was 4 weeks ago. I am feeling less knee pain by the day.

I have been taking 2 pills a day and so has my wife for over a year and we're both very satisfied with it. We have always bought it at Sprouts, but they don't carry it any more so we went on line and found out about you guys. Our purchase with you went great so we'll order more from you!

My MRI says I have moderate to severe osteoarthritis in my left knee. My daughter got me a bottle of 120 tablets to try. So far I have noticed absolutely NO. improvement in pain. I take the suggested two 2 tablets per day. So far I have taken about 100 tablets. The medical papers say you need Type 2 collegen, but neither the ad nor bottle doesn't actually say there is any type 2 collegen in these tablets! It just alludes to it. So I don't recommend this product,,,

In a nutshell… have arthritis in my knees.. went to a surgeon he gave me pricey injections that did zero. I found this joint compound in my moms drawer… i started it and NO MORE PAIN!!!
