I am taking the maximum dose every day, 6 tabs a day divided. I went to get my very long hair "trimmed" and she cut off 6"! devastating! well, the hair and nails are growing at a very rapid rate. I also have bone on bone arthritis in my right knee. I do not want joint replacements. My hip also needs replacing. I am falling apart!, I think the collagen is helping a great deal, I just bought mu second bottle as the hair CHOP was 4 weeks ago. I am feeling less knee pain by the day.
I will be buying this prooduct again!

My MRI says I have moderate to severe osteoarthritis in my left knee. My daughter got me a bottle of 120 tablets to try. So far I have noticed absolutely NO. improvement in pain. I take the suggested two 2 tablets per day. So far I have taken about 100 tablets. The medical papers say you need Type 2 collegen, but neither the ad nor bottle doesn't actually say there is any type 2 collegen in these tablets! It just alludes to it. So I don't recommend this product,,,

In a nutshell... have arthritis in my knees.. went to a surgeon he gave me pricey injections that did zero. I found this joint compound in my moms drawer... i started it and NO MORE PAIN!!!

I've been taking collagen in the powder form for a few years and wanted to try something different. I'm sure it's doing good things, but the pills are large and difficult to swallow without a LOT of water. Don't take on an empty stomach.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the advance formula for a few weeks and I also tried the UC-II version of the Joint complex from the same manufacturer. This one has the same amount of collagen per serving (600mg) but more than double the 'proprietary joint blend' which is frankincense, Cinnamon, and Turmeric. I suppose that's a good thing. To be honest, i couldn't really discern any noticable effects on my general health, or my joints in particular. I may not be tuned into my body enough to notice, or perhaps it was just subtle. Either way, i didn't have any adverse effects to the supplement so thats overall a good thing. It's worth noting that the collagen is derived from chickens, so vegetarians and vegans be aware.

I haven't noticed any benefits from them, but my fingernails are growing better. I have joint problems, but haven't found any relief by taking these.

My arthritis pain in my knees is not completely gone but it has lessened it. I can actually do athletic activity without feeling like someone punched me in the knee caps!
