I prefer to make mine on the stove top instead of the microwave but it’s nice to have both options. It smells AMAZING and the texture is really good for instant boba! I add this to my teas and coffees at home! It makes my drinks feel special and keeps me from spending more money by running out to buy boba drinks! I love these!

(I like it but I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea) I put it in a bowl and eat the boba balls then drink the juice left over.

This does not come with the drink mix. I just had the boba balls. Mine in Brown Sugar, yum. You can make them two ways. One in a microwave, you put you boba balls in a little water and microwave them or you can put the packet in bowling water on the stove. Then add to the drink of choice and enjoy!

I got it figured out, and then I was ready to taste the boba goodness! Boba Now contains small boba pearls that should be chewed up once the drink is finished. I did try it with coffee, which was a good choice, in my opinion. I thought that the boba pearls would have had more flavor, but then I realized that boba was more of a textural experience instead of a flavor experience. The Brown Sugar Boba Now boba pearls were a bit chewy but added a bit of sweetness to my drink. I enjoyed trying these, but I would like to have more experience with boba pearls before I could give a more informed opinion.

That is until I saw someone put them in their iced coffee. BRILLIANT!! I like my coffee sweet, so the addition of the brown sugar tapioca pearls was perfect. I love boba teas, but had never imagined I could make it at home. The instructions were super simple. I used the microwave instructions. Open, add 1tsp water, and 30 seconds later I had a very tasty addition to my iced coffee! The texture of boba is what like, and this brand is chewy without being too hard. I think too long in the microwave could cause that to happen, so beware. They have a sweet brown sugar flavor but it is thankfully not so overpowering. I would recommend!

The directions were easy to follow and the packaging is easy to read. The smell was not as pleasing though. I had a friend try them, someone who likes Boba and she enjoyed every drink from her cup. If not for the smell Id given it a 5 star.
