Zarbee's is one of our favorite brands. My middle and oldest daughters have both had to use this cough syrup and it has helped them recover quickly. My middle child loves the flavor and even gets excited when she has to take it. As for my oldest, medicine has always been a struggle with her, but she takes this without a huge fight, which is a big win for us!!

First I want to say it tastes nasty but my oldest gags all the time drinking it and my youngest likes the flavor depends on the kid. Second, it does help with the cough depends on what type of a cough it is. Third, this is my go to medicine for my kids when the have a cough only a cough but if they have a cough and fever it doesn’t help there’s already a infection in there body they need antibiotics for that (only saying that because I experienced it with my kids it didn’t help my kid when they had a fever). I like it so far and a lot of doctors recommended because it has natural ingredients I guess. I recommended to all my family members who have kids, it worked for them.

This made my son unable to cough, despite having the urge and really needing to. It was so bad he started incessantly crying, and I felt SO helpless for the hours it remained in his body. I felt so bad for making him take it, thinking it was all natural and ok. Just beware. It is not something any mother should have to see her child go through.

Purchased this for my 2.5 yr old daughter who had been coughing and suffering from a cold. I followed directions and used for about 4 days - it really did help shorten her cold and her symptoms. She liked the flavor as well, she willingly took it with no problem.

The measuring cup is so stupid. Instruction says 5ml but the cup only gives an indicator line for 10ml. The design of cup has different uneven levels so it is not like you can guess. Please add an indication line for 5ml or find a smart product developer that can design an easy to use measuring cup. What a stupid design in every way. What part of “keep it simple, stupid” does this product developer not understand!

This is the only medicine my son (3yr old) will ask for, even when he’s not sick. Of course we don’t give it if it’s not needed. When he’s sick, there’s never a hard time trying to get him to take it. He’ll even ask for more. Knowing that it’s also low in additives is a plus!

I’m sure this works well IF you can get your kid to drink it. My daughter gagged the first time she had it. Can’t get her to take it again. I tried it myself and nearly gagged too.

My toddlers love the taste and this is very effective at clearing away mucus while also soothing my little ones throat. I love that it also has immunity benefits as well! This comes with two bottles for a decent price! It will definitely last you all season!

Not sure where all the “it tastes great!” Reviews are coming from. Sure the ingredients are clean but my kids refuse to take it. They said it tastes disgusting and will literally spit it out all over the place. They take other medication just fine. Was really disappointed because money is tight right now and I was really hoping this would soothe their little coughs.

Drug and alcohol, free No artificial sweeteners, no dyes and it’s gluten free. You store it at room temperature. It’s got honey and natural ingredients, vitamin D, zinc, and elderberry extract teeth but it doesn’t taste like nasty cough syrup. I feel good about giving this to my son.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the bee hive cap. However, it's a bit difficult getting the protective covering off, and it has another tamper proof seal on the inside. The dosage is for 1 tsp. Inside of the cap there is a clear indication for 2 tsps, but not 1 tsp. I use another cup and poured it in the Zarbee's cap to see where 1 tsp filled to. The product worked well enough as southing my daughter's cough and she did sleep through the night. She wasn't a big fan of the flavor, but I like the immune support.
