I add this to my kids night drinks and it helps them to fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night. It comes with a little squeezing droplet thing connected to the lid which is highly convenient. Also my kids don’t like gummies so that is also convenient that it’s liquid. Only thing I wish is that there was a bigger bottle that was available because the bottle is kind of small. It does last a month with 2 kids tho.

After several months of lite use I am ordering my 2nd bottle for my three year old. I was nervous about giving him something to sleep, but melatonin has always worked for me, so I figured I'd give this a try. It had been amazing. This product allows him to settle down at bedtime and fall asleep fairly quickly without the usual goofing around. He likes the flavor so much that sometimes he will ask for it, though he only gets it on particularly restless evenings. The top is VERY difficult and tricky to get off. You have to push it down, and squeeze it just right. It usually takes me a few tries, but honestly I prefer it be hard for me to open because it means it's hard for him to open! The squeeze dropper works as suspected. I would recommend this

The best natural melatonin!! I have tried a couple different melatonins for my son and a few of them caused nightmares or grumpiness the following day. This zarbees liquid with melatonin is by far the best one we have tried. It is a little hard to measure, but other than that I would definitely recommend. My son usually falls asleep 20 mins after given.

This has worked so well for us for long haul travel and jet lag with our 2 children. I have now used it multiple times flying LA - UK and back and it’s been a life saver! The only issue is the dosing is a little tricky.

If you’ve been looking for a something to help out your little one to sleep I recommend this wholeheartedly. My little one (5 months) fights his sleep, and gets super cranky because of it. I give him a little drop of this and he’s usually out in 15 to 20 minutes and I can catch up on whatever I need to get done.

Definitely helped with my son who has ADHD sleep. Tired other brands to gummies and this one was the one he settled for. Small bottle and the dropper is very difficult to get it to fill to 1ML. I have to administer 2ML so I do get a little irritated with having to get the dosage right. Other than that great product

Help me a lot with my child with sleep issues. A different with other similars products this don’t cause nightmares in my child. My child refused to take any medication but incredible he take this with any problems. It’s a little bit expensive for the size but is a significant help.

Reasons why I gave it 2 stars is because 1, it was very difficult to open up the bottle 2, she was very groggy and fussy and crying after she got up 3, after my daughter had a few doses she started to get very constipated. Its been a week since she had it and she’s still still constipated. The only new thing that changed was this product

This product is very effective at assisting with falling asleep due to being sick. It’s easy to open and it doesn’t have a terrible taste. It’s an overall effective product with a good price
