Zebra Pen G-402 Retractable Gel Pen 0.5mm Black Ink

This is one of the finest pens I've ever owned. It is wonderful to write with. Nice balance.

Love the quality and grip of the pen. Love the way it writes.

Breaks my heart because I've been a fan and a user of Zebra 301 forever. Of course I was excited to try the new, improved up grade. UGH! The barrel of the pen is nice, and it has a good heft to it, but, the most important part of the pen - writing - was shockingly bad! Gone is the smooth, gliding writing experience of the 301! The 401 felt scratchy and like it was dragging on the page as I wrote. I hope the 301 sticks around forever!

I like the feel of the pen. The only issue I have is that I tend to write with the pen on a pretty good angle, and it doesn't seem to write as well. When I hold it straight up and down, it writes fine.

This pen came highly recommended. I ordered 4 of them and took 1 to work with me. Early into the 5th day of work with me it ran out of ink. I don't write a ton at work but even if I did 5 days isn't anything. I took it apart and this pic appears to show there was not much ink in it. Beyond that issue it's a great writing pen. Gel and it does not smudge at all. Correct the ink issue and this pen is a 5+ stars all day long.

The pen does not write smoothly, skips and feels like it's "grinding". The sarasha gel pen it way better and hard to beat. I would not recommend this product. Sorry Zebra……

Excellent, high quality pen, but they don't make refills, presumably to have you continue to buy them new. It's too bad, they would get 5+ stars if refills existed.

Very nice pen in every respect. Nice and light, but somehow writes like a heavier pen. Love the grip! Gotta get a few more, so there's always one close; fortunately it's a real bargain.

I truly appreciate the high quality materials, thoughtful design, and outstanding craftsmanship that go into these pans. They are comfortable to hold and glide smoothly over the paper i write on. In a time when so many of our communications are carried out by impersonal technology a thoughtful note written with a pen of this quality on high quality paper or card stock really stands out and makes a great impression!

I'm in love with this pen!!! However, would love to know if there are any refills! Are there any available, can't find any. If there are no refills, going to have reconsider this pen. Other than that it's an amazing pen.

Love the way the pen writes, but it runs out of ink way too fast. Refills aren't available in stores and are pricey. It's almost as cheap just to buy new pens.

Great feel for a pen, but on the second day of using the g-402, I was unable to have ink flowing onto the page when writing. Tried all the tricks but still wasn't able to continue taking notes.

I've been a user, of their ballpoint pens, for decades. The Gel space, belongs to them also. This is a great pen, if you like, the way gel flows. When you choose Zebra, your writing wins...simple.

As another reviewer already stated, I love the pen and its smooth writing, but it does eat ink, and you can't find the refills. I'm not opposed to buying another pen, and I have, but it would be nice if refills were available. You say it's refillable, but you can't get the refills. Why?

It is one of the most amazing pens I have used all my love. It is strong and durable to handle my very active life style. And the best of all is also affordable. I am love with this model pen G-402 I hope to have it forever.

i wont recommend this type of pen. its so expensive and i thought the quality its good but it wasn't.
